Great service
When attempting to order, agent on chatbox recommended getting sample colors and I am glad I did! Gpt the perfect shade for my room. Then agent followed up to make sure measurements were accurate. When we received our blinds they installed easily in about 3 minutes each. The look great and we are very pleased.
Uneven, otherwise good
They should have told me that they will never go up straight. How much do I have to pay for shades that are even? Sometimes the left side is high, sometimes right. I have to push and pull with two hands to get it straight every time. My old ones all went up and down straight. I don't get it.
Goes up crooked
I didn't like the Menards blinds because the were constantly uneven. So I ordered these. The go up crooked too. Sometimes the left side is high, sometimes the right is high.
I've had cordless blinds for many years. They always went up and down straight no matter where I pushed them. I guess they are all saving money.
These installed easily. They were easy to order and look good except for the uneven bottoms. I can play with them and make it straight. I shouldn't have to.
Pleasing Product
We needed to replace some blinds in the entryway windows of our new home. The windows are very long and narrow. We were looking for a specific color of shade to match the ones we had already replaced throughout the house. After having tried the local home improvement stores, with no luck or success, or required custom orders at a ridiculously exorbitant cost, we decided to search online for the product. I checked several websites, but it seemed as though select blinds would have the best price, if I could find the color I was looking for. I will say the samples took several weeks to arrive, but I can't say it was the fault of the company. More likely an issue with USPS. Once we received the samples, we narrowed it down to 2 colors and chose from those. The color of the shades is nearly identical to the others in our home. They are beautiful. We had just a bit of difficulty installing because while they come with minimal instructions, it would be of great benefit if they came with a template to aid in the installation. Otherwise, it's a beautiful product and we are very happy with our purchase.

Average quality blinds
I received the blinds over about a week. I ordered five and none of them came in the same day. Took close to 2 1/2 weeks to get the last blind because it was hung up in "customs in Mexico". Not the best quality. They don't go up and down very easily and don't hang straight
Very nice for the price
As usual the shade arrived timely and cut to perfect fit. This is the first conventional blackout shade I? Ve bought. The brown looks expensive. Only drawback is the handles - had to leave them off because they? Re really cheap & tacky looking. Otherwise love the product.

We absolutely love their blinds. Easy to install and work amazing! Only thing I don? T like is the new plastic pieces for raising and lowering the blind.

We needed deeper mounting brackets as we have molding/edging around our windows. This molding was not flat (it was somewhat rounded) so the brackets could not be secured to it. I did call the company and was advised that they do not make deeper brackets. This should be better explained on the website, as I don't recall seeing anything about it. Perhaps a better explanation during the measuring portion that at least mentioned moldings. Thus, installing of the blinds was more involved than explained on the website. The blinds themselves are fine and as we expected.
Pleasantly Surprised!
I love my new window blind. I received it quickly and was very easy to install. Wish I would of replaced the old one sooner, I love the new "no cord" easy up/down blind. Will definitely order more in the future. Thank you for the overall wonderful experience!
Great Shades for the Value!
Easy to measure and order, although was disappointed when only 3 of 9 arrived. No customer service phone number had me concerned, as a text was sent instead. I submitted the missing product and photos of what was sent, and surprisingly received and follow up email the next day. They showed up the next day and all installed flawlessly- look great!
Excellent service and great blinds
We love these blinds! We got some for our kids' room a few years ago and they have held us well. We recently bought some for our master bedroom. Unfortunately one of the blinds would spring up when we pulled it down. SelectBlinds was quick to resolve the problem and sent us a replacement at no charge. Thank you!
