Great shades
I have purchased several Levelor top down-bottom up shades from select blinds. The quality is excellent as well as their price. I recommend them over other shade companies.
Everything I'd Hoped For
I bought 6 shades (2 for each of 3 large windows in the Living Room) with the flat fold, and they give the room a modern and classy look. Installation was straightforward. The biggest challenge was snapping the shades' headrails into the wall brackets (it required quite a bit of force and the correct rotational motion), but once they snapped into place, I was confident they were securely supported. I got the motorized lift option, and it is a delight to watch them raise and lower with the click of a button on the remote. I've never before spent this amount of money on window coverings for one room, but they seem to be well made and good value.
Like our shades but horrible service
We ordered many samples of shades. We ordered the same shades for 12 windows. One of the boxes we received was for someone else's shades. They were the wrong size, the wrong fabric, and had a different room label than the ones we ordered. When I contacted customer service about the error, they were very rude. I would expect them to apologize for the error and then expedite getting the correct shades sent out. They wanted me to prove that they were wrong by sending pictures of me measuring the shades (despite the label saying the measurement) in addition to my photos of the shades and label. And then they said I had to wait 3 days for a response to determine if an error occurred. They never responded so I called again and they curtly told me a new shade was in production and it would ship in 2 weeks. They would not accept the incorrect shade being returned and disconnected the call after telling me they'd looked into it. Really rude, incompetent customer service. If you never have to talk to them, the products are good. But if something goes wrong, yikes.

Roman shades
Easy to order samples and the product. There is definitely a decline in quality for my last roman shade order from 7 years ago. Those still look brand new. The recent order has a clear plastic rod sticking out for each pleat. The valance is separate, which is fine but the too is a raw edge. I expected more for the price.
Excellent experience
Easy to order online, easy to follow instructions and hang. Ordered through select blinds more than once and never have had a bad experience or a problem.
Living room blinds.
HAVE BEEN TRYING TO PLACE THIS ORDER SINCE THE 6TH. YOUR SYSTEM IS CONFUSING AND WOULD NOT ALLOW ME TO ENTER DIFFERENT ROOMS UNTIL TODAY.

Sleek blinds
I measured the inside windows, side to side, knowing that Select Blinds would deduct a quarter inch on each side. When the blinds arrived, they fit perfectly. I ordered Levelor blinds in Mink and the fabric is a bit glossy. I love them! Great job, Select Blinds.

Although a bit expensive, we are happy with our new shades. Beautiful change to our guest bedroom. We will order from select blinds in the future when needed.
Stunning
I was worried ordering 6 roman shades ($$) without seeing the product first but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and the build of these shades. This is exactly what I was looking for. The installation was very easy.
I recommend selecting fabric first, review samples by your window throughout the day and once decided on fabric, go for it. I picked flat fold and no valance for a very modern look. As well as cordless lift which I would always pick for convenience!
Somewhat dissatisfied with appearance and function
The product is obviously well constructed, arrived in a timely manner and was properly packaged. Measuring instructions and install were pretty spot on, but the style of soft fold does not look like it does on the website. I can only describe it as sloppy looking, especially when the blinds are up. Also, the cord type Lift Style - Continuous Cord Loop is not a smooth operation at all. We've tried to loosen it and see if after 20 or so uses, it gets easier/smoother, but it has not. We re-installed the location of the bottom of the cord and that wasn't the trick. It is just sort of a rough up/down process.
I'm hoping we can receive a credit to order a different shade with a different cord, but haven't heard back from customer service.
