Daphne Bamboo Blinds
I recently purchased eight Daphne bamboo blinds from select blinds. The online shopping experience was smooth, and most of the blinds look fine; however, I've had a few disappointing issues. The largest blind consistently hangs lower on the right side than the left, no matter how much I adjust it. It's noticeable and frustrating every time I look at the window. In addition, several of the blinds arrived with a moldy dust on them. I had to wipe them down immediately, and I can only hope the problem doesn't return or worsen. Considering the higher price point compared to other retailers like Amazon, I'm not sure I would order from select blinds again.

Tropical inspired perfection!
In finishing the guest bedroom I was going for a tropical theme and these blinds were the icing on the cake! Beautiful and easy to install. Only wish they had the option for a black out but not complaining.

One of my blinds had an imperfection in the cut (it bulged beyond the edge got anout 8 inches causing the shade not to lay down. I called customer service and sent requested pictures. They promptly sent a replacement! Thanks for great service and standing behind product!

Not that easy to install
My main grudge with the SelectBlinds experience has to do with the lousy instructions. It's not that hard to make them a lot more user friendly. Add pictures. Add helpful hints. I called customer service about pulling down the blinds for the first time. He said yeah, we get a lot of calls about this. Well. Fine! Then add this tidbit to the instructions! I also do not like that there is no clip or hand grip at the bottom of the blinds. It is not easy to find the right fold to tug on to pull them down. I anticipate discoloration someday.
