Nice Drapes but Automation Motors were not Up To the TASK!
We purchased a large set of draperies with blackout liners for our primary bedroom. Since the drape material was for 3 windows we were told we needed to restrict the length so the motors would be able to move the material across the track. We did that. Nevertheless, the motors will not move all this material across the track! I have called 4 times and sent pictures and video at their request in an effort to obtain a refund of the motors and remote. I keep hearing they are waiting for "Production" to get back to them prior to dealing with this. I'm tired of Waiting! PS--the drapery material is very nice...

Backout cellular shades
The SelectBlinds web site is easy to navigate. The shades I selected were easy to install and fit perfectly. The sample shade material I requested was delivered promptly and made the color selection very easy. Very good experience.

Simple process, easy install, wonderful product!
I bought several sets. All motorized, with a handheld remote. I also used the app to set up automated raising and lowering at specific times. The app is a little clunky, but I was able to get it to what I wanted. The blinds are a great value, and easy to install. I have had them in for 30 days- zero issues. I will order again!
Good Quality And Easy to Install
I ordered 3 blackout shades of the same style but different dimensions. I received the order in a few weeks and installed each window in a few hours. My recommendation is to use a laser measuring tool when first gathering your window measurements.
Excellent experience
Several years ago I ordered a lot of blinds - recently I need to change a bedroom blind from an opaque blind to a blackout blind. I was able to retrieve my previous purchase and find the exact measurements I'd used. And, since I'd previously purchased a blackout blind for a different bedroom room, I was relieved to find that color still available. It made ordering a new blackout blind incredibly easy.
Great Blind
I had issues with the motorized blind coming out of sleep mode to program. Calling tech support was not any help since the just repeated the written instructions. Finally got it to work on my own.
Shade for Door Window
I found a shade that looked like a good fit for a full length door window. Within a week I received a sample from Select Blinds, and confirmed color/material. Order arrived about 10 days later and met expectation.
Good Bargain for Value
These blinds are acceptable for the cost if you purchase on sale. They do change the color options every five years or so, that will cause issues if you need to re-order due to glue separating or spring mechanism exploding (four shades blew plastic pieces when the mechanism failed after 7 years). The new design seems to address this issue with a metal mechanism which is good but now there is a locking mechanism at the bottom which is more than likely plastic so not sure on the life of that component against a heavy sun window.
