I absolutley love my new blinds. There was a problem with one of them and it was quickly replaced. I will definately buy any additional blinds from Select Blinds. Thank you for a quality product and quality associates!
Replacing living room blinds
The blinds we currently have are very old and starting to show signs of wearing out. We are shopping to replace the tree blinds. We have not mad e decision at this point in time.
I hate customs!
The blinds we ordered are still "stretching"! A few seem to be a little short or at least they don't stay down all of the way. We are hoping that over a short period of time, they will cover the whole window. Or blinds came in 3 separate shipments. The first two arrived without too much of a delay. The third shipment was forever in a warehouse in California. The updates kept saying it had cleared customs and went to a warehouse for delivery and the next day, it was back in customs again. It took almost a week for the blinds to actually ship.

Measurements
Ordering was easy. Gave exact dimensions of window. The blinds were made almost exactly to that size, causing them to bind on operation. Operation is by pulling blinds up or down. No pull cord.

We love the look of the blinds, and the ease of operation. A little confusing to install but we figured it out!
Product meets expectations, delivery not so much.
Product meets expectations. Delivery fell short, especially tracking order status, inaccurate info from customer service. Further, while installation was mostly intuitive, an installation enclosure would have been helpful.
