I have purchased several shutters for my home over the last couple of years, they are a little pricey but I have not been disappointed with product.
A month late, but a perfect fit
Not sure of the confustion within the Selectblinds, they arrived a month late, but the order was a perfect fit and looks great.

7 boxes delivered. 6 boxes got delivered quickly. 1 box got delayed by FedEx for some reason and took an extra week to arrive. Still, all was good. They look great.

A great company to work with
How to 5 x 5' shutters made they came in the wrong size company made them over for no charge. They said we gave them the right measurements and they didn't make the shutters right within two weeks we had our new shutters and they were perfect there a great company to deal with.

My rep assisted and guided me every step of the way. I should have listened to her- the wood blinds I got for another room are my favorite. Sadly I chose the opinion of a family member instead with screen looking blinds- the raw edges came with frays on sides and look like pretty low quality. The wood blinds and the 4 1/2 inch plantation shutters, fortunately I did take the advice of my rep and they are sooo gorgeous. She tweeked many things on my order to help me make the best selection

You sent wrong color hinges on one order. The other order was fine.

Ordering was easy, I had a few minor issues. One with arrival condition and the other with a mistake that I made when ordering. Both issues were quickly and simply resolved.
