We had an easy time ordering them and installing them. The website is used friendly and the staff is informed and helpful. I love the return policy as well. I will highly recommend Select Blinds.
Finally dark enough to sleep!
Our guest room has a wide but shallow window and it's hard to find a shade that will work. I just installed this roller shade myself- it looks and works so nicely. We'll finally be able to block out the neighbors security lights! My only critique is that I wish the backing fabric was similar in color to the other side but I can live with it.

These motorized blinds saved us from having to stand on the couch and pull down 3 separate shades while maneuvering a hundred plants. They look beautiful and are impressively easy to install. Remote/ rod operation couldn't be dreamier. Our only complaint is that the motor is kinda loud. Maybe it's because the housing is metal, unclear cause. However, love em! Would recommend!

Blackout Roller shade
We are happy with our blackout roller shade. We opted for the manual roller, so it is a bit noisy when rolling up and down.
Look nice but don't fit the greatest
Ordering wasn't too bad, but installation instructions were almost non existent and had to just "figure it out". The Roman Shades are slightly too large for the inside mount we did. I literally have to pull them away from window to raise and lower them.

Happy but concerned
Order placed and received badly damaged. Customer service was great and reordered the blind. Received it about 2 weeks later but it had minor damage. Customer service was great again and shipped the parts needed to repair the blind within a week. I need to order over 10 more blinds but am concerned that the shipping company will damage many of them in transit.

Good Window Treatment
Installed very fast. Works great. Fits window perfectly and no issues with rolling up and down, using either my phone or the remote. A+.

This is my 3rd motorized roller shade. I bought 2 sets 3 years ago for my big windows and they are still going strong so I have no doubt on this 3rd one. These are so easy to do on your own I don? T see why some pay to have the professionals come in and do it, unless you simply can? T read a tape measure I can see it then. The installation is so simple, screw in the brackets and click in the shade and program it. The only thing I found as a draw back is my big shades make a creaking noise at times, I? M not sure if it? S temperature adjust creaking noise in the metal or what but I notice it sometimes when it? S quiet in my living room but certainly not going to stop me from buying these ever. I have 2 more windows to do still so as sales come along on black Friday? S I? Ll finish the other 2. I highly recommend these and find them very simple to measure and instal your self.
Great, Great, Terrible
Loved getting real samples mailed to me. Website was easy to use and customer service through chat and on phone were helpful during ordering process. Measure carefully- multiple times to be sure. The 6 blinds came made exactly as ordered and quickly. Had two minor issues (a broken end cap and a missing hanging bracket) and filing a warranty claim on website did not work. An online chat was supposed to send a end cap and bracket but they never arrived. A phone call to file the claim was terrible. See further comments below.
Perfect fit!
We had custom roller blinds made for our bathroom. The quality is excellent and the directions for measuring our perfect. If you follow the website you'll have no problem fitting your windows exactly.
Black out blinds
Ordered some black out blinds for some west facing kitchen windows. I love the color and material. They look so classy, especially with the matching header. They were easy to order and install. Being able to get a 50% off promo code made them affordable. Very happy with them.
Office door necessity
Worked perfectly to provide privacy in top-lit office doors. Wished we would have realized that the charcoal was only on one side of the shade, but still a great product.

Our experience with Select Blinds has been fantastic and exemplary from start to finish. Each and every Select staffer I spoke with on the phone or chatted with online were extremely knowledgeable about your product line and grades, friendly and articulate! Wow! Emily, our sales rep, and earlier Abby, answered every single one of my concerns with assurance backed up with expert knowledge. Emily was extremely patient - and worked with me over the phone as I checked and re-checked our three windows' dimensions and requirements. Our Motorized Architect black-out blinds arrived carefully packed and promptly. Even so, there was damage to one of the three blind's cassette right-side end-cap. I quick online chat with a Select staffer, followed immediately by an email confirming expedited shipment of a replacement end cap impressed us immeasurably with your company. Installation instructions could be improved with a little more product-specific detail; especially when blinds cannot be mounted over a wall stud, but this is just a suggestion. We found the workmanship and fit and finish as near perfect as one could ask. Your assemblers deserve a great deal of credit for this. Just beautiful. I should also mention that the "Barista" finish is a perfect match for our great room's paint color. We are thrilled with the three blinds we purchased from you. -And watching them lower and raise in perfect synchronization with a button-press from our remote is quite frankly a joy - and still loads of fun. They really look stunning over our windows. You deserve a perfect "10" for the care and courtesy we enjoyed through the entire selection, purchase, shipment and post-purchase care you showed us!
Everything was as expected
The roller shade I purchased works great. I did have some difficulty understanding how to setup the SelectConnect bridge, but I was able to do so eventually after consulting some internet forums regarding the Bond bridge.
