Whole house window treatments
Got different samples several times before ordering. We remodelled a home and purchased all new window treatments. Selection was great, products are good quality. I would recommend to anyone looking for affordable blinds.
Blinds are beautiful and great quality. Measuring tool is an issue.
Overall, I love the Roman shades I ordered. I used the easy measuring tool provided on the website and put multiple measurements in for each window. All blinds fit perfectly except for one. I ordered the no drill blinds. I didn't realize that the online measuring tool provided takes all measurements and then uses the shortest one. This doesn't work if the top of the window is wider, so now my no drill blind is too short.
Roman shades
A bit disappointed with my shades. I was unable to order a valance since I requested the continous loop option. The window looks incomplete without a valance. Select Blinds states they do not have material to sell me so I can create my own valance. Their suggestion was to buy drapes (in the same pattern). Then what, cut up $100+ drapes to complete the look? I even had trouble with one of the brackets. They were unable to send me a bracket. Was told to make a warranty claim.
Decent value, customer service/quality needs improvement
I ordered a Roman shade. It was delivered to the wrong address. When I called customer service, they told me they would call me back. 2 days later, they called for me to ask me for proof that it wasn't delivered to my house. They wanted me to take pictures of the exterior of my house and send it to them and then they would review and call me back in a few days. However, there is not customer service email listed to send the pictures. Luckily, I was able to locate the package via a neighborhood group chat. It had been delivered 3 blocks away. The product itself is fair value for what you pay. The price is low and the quality reflects that. There is puckering of the stitching, the shade is uneven. I would avoid for window treatments that get a lot of use. I am concerned about the durability. Install was relatively easy.

Nice blinds but not my style
I purchased roman shades and when we put them up I did not care for the bars in the back. Yu could definitely see them when hung. Looking for other options.

I replaced my boring blinds with these roman shades, and they are absolutely beautiful. I love them! Glad I paid extra to have them be cordless too.

Disappointed
While the shopping experience was fine and the prices were good, the finished products don't look great. My Roman's arrived wrinkled and don't fold or pleat evenly when raised.
Kitchen Roman Shade
From beginning to end the process was very easy even the installation! The blinds are excellent quality and look amazing!
