Black out track blinds
The installation instructions are worthless and did not help at all. I also got the motorized set and there is no place to actually put the battery besides on top of the track this is a major design flaw. The install that should have taken 15 minutes max ended up taking an hour in a half trying to figure out how to install them. For such an expensive product this was extremely disappointing. The product appears to be high quality and honestly would have been really happy with it if the instructions weren't so Infuriating.
Patio blinds
Received the Blinds and was able to follow easy instructions to hang everything. Loved the free samples, which helped in deciding the proper color for our home. The quality of the blinds are wonderful and makes the area look so much nicer.

I am absolutely thrilled with the look design color and ease from the "free samples" to ordering to the arrival of my blinds and the ease of hanging them. Everything came wrapped securely and packaged with care. The quality of the blinds, cornice and track system is top notch. The look transforms my family room.
Beautiful
Beautiful blinds that truly elevate a room. A true blackout proving privacy and protection from the sun. The only complaint is the instructions for ceiling mount install are non existent making install incredibly difficult. A video to go along with the other instructional videos or even better paper instruction would be very helpful.

For the price of the panel coverings, I would have expected better quality. They do look nice but not worth what I paid.

Company Error - will not replace
Ordered a beautiful blind - not my first time, but now is the last! After multiple emails, and phone calls - the issue is my problem. They will not fix the issue, return the product, or offer options. The measurements are all correct on my part, but the product was FALSELY advertised to be a flush mount cornice - it sticks out an 1 1/2 inches. They did not ask for a widow depth and sent me a product that is too deep. I measured to ensure the the tract would fit, but could not automate due to window depth. It did not come with pre-drilled holes and the wrong instillation directions to top off the lack of care the have become over the years since my last purchase. Now the product is completely trash!
Garbage.
They must pay people to give this product good reviews. This is very low quality. Looks good in the pictures but you can see scissor marks where they prob have their sweat labor employees cut these. I would recommend going with nothing at all before I actually put these on my windows. Good luck with customer service. That? S a joke as well. It is amazing to me this company stays in business
Save your money
I have window coverings on all my windows from select blinds and like them. Ordered these panel tracks for my door walls. It amazes me the plastic crab they can send you and get away with it. This material creases like paper. If you touch them once it will crease It will never go away. This is the cheapest blind I? Ve ever seen. You would be better off using a sheet to cover your window

Online instructions said to add inches, DONT. They're NOT standing by the fit guarantee.
Cheap, the wrinkles never came out even after steaming. Looks awful. The stitching is not even.
The instructions came had NO words, you have to "figure" it out, and it wasn't easy. Half of the parts it showed for hanging on the ceiling were not provided.
The panels barley hang on the track, they do not click in, they hang loosely, and when moving they fall to the floor.
Would never order again, so disappointed. Spent over 2,000.

I have been looking for panels like this for my bedroom closet for years and am so happy to have found Select blinds. Customer service was great. Stayed on the phone with me until I had exactly what I was looking for. Both my husband and I love them. So clean looking and makes the bedroom look bigger too. Love the look. The only thing that was hard, were following the instructions. I? m glad my husband is one who can figure things out.

I will begin by saying that the cellular blinds made by Select Blinds were of very good quality. However, the quality of the Architect Blackout Panel Track was unacceptably low. First, the track itself was a thin, flimsy piece of metal that, even with correct installation, has not remained firmly in place. Second, the shade material felt and appeared thin and chintzy, and it wrinkled almost immediately upon hanging. It also took significant work to secure it without it falling off the flimsy track repeatedly. I sent a video of this happening to customer support in hopes for some degree of refund or meeting me halfway, but they did nothing to help and simply asked questions about how it was installed, which was a verbal distraction from the overall quality problems.
The overall appearance of the item is, from my perspective, like something you would order out of a cheap home goods catalogue and not at all reflective of the high quality that the exorbitant price point would suggest. I would not have minded paying $60-$100 for this item, but well over $500 as a 40% discount (close to $1,000 full price for a sliding door)?! A reasonable person would likely agree that this is scandalously overpriced for the quality, appearance, and construction.
Beautiful clean look!
We have been searching for window coverings for very unconventional windows for 6-8 years! I was never convinced what we had planned would look perfect. These panel tracks are perfect! The fabric is nice, edges good. BUT The schematic drawing enclosed, was perfectly AWFUL! It shows the lead panel, with the wand, in the rear position, closest to the window! It is supposed to be in the FRONT. Inside the room! The install video on YouTube was 2 minutes long, and focused on the CORNICE! Can you please make a simple video and void the cornice box? My husband is a retired General Contractor, I am an interior decorator, and we have installed blinds, curtains, Roman shades, AND Flat Panel curtains for many decades! Your schematic, a one sided page made us do an entire 144? Section BACKWARDS, and it was most irritating. I would be happy to re-draw the technical instructions for you, or please find someone who can spend exactly 1 minute to redraw 2 lines! Luckily, mistakes during install can be easily fixed IF YOU KNOW THE CORRECT METHOD TO INSTALL. We will be purchasing more of your panel track blinds soon, now we know the quality is good. And all 12 panels came as measured (less your allowances). Also,? Done in 20 minutes? Is a joke. It takes 20 minutes to find level AND plumb. It took us a full day to install 4 long tracks of 3 panels per track. We were lucky our windows were level, and didn? T need to shim any spots. Give yourself plenty of time, plan it out first. Use a chalk line, or string line to help. Not all windows have wood casement you can get to. Have some Molly screws available. Easiest with 2 people, but can be done alone.
Great product
Love the ease of ordering, using the measuring chart. The installation was a little tricky but we figured it out. GREAT PRODUCT.
Not blackout
These blinds look great, lots of compliments. However, these are not blackout blinds. They filter out some light but rooms will still be filled with light. Its also worth mentioning that these are not made for privacy in the evening. Once an inside light is turned on then you can see everything inside through the curtains.

Beautiful! They are even more impressive than I imagined and were fairly easy to install. I have an enormous sliding door and these blinds keep lurking eyes out at night. I highly recommend and would purchase again! Thank you very much!
Best blind purchase for our home!
We built our family home in 2019 and have been struggling with what to use over our sliding back door. We opted to do 4 panels of vertical blinds (mind you I originally chose 3 and decided 4 after placing the order?- facepalm) and had to work with customer service which WAS A BREEZE. They were so helpful in changing to the correct order and confirming the other details. Our box had a random piece of wood in there which confused us a little because there? S nothing in the instructions about what to do with it- you don? T do anything with it, I think it? S for support and protection while traveling, so thanks for the piece of wood to probably add to a ship lap wall one day ;) the quality of the blinds are nice and the super strong Velcro is awesome with two kids under 2, and a 4 month old puppy!
If you? Re worried about measuring- if you following the site instructions it will mount PERFECTLY!
Sliding door issue solved!
Enjoyed receiving a sample before buying. 1st time using Select blinds. All went smooth from purchase to shipping. They look great in the house inside and out! Solves our privacy issue.
