Click2Fit Fails on Heavy Shades — Warranty is a Endless Loop of Stalling
Do not trust SelectBlinds to honor their warranty. I purchased wide, heavy custom shades (Order #10723873) using their Click2Fit no-tools system. The tension mechanism is fundamentally flawed for this size and continuously sags under the product's weight.
Their initial "fix" was sending double-sided tape—an absurd suggestion given that the Click2Fit headrail doesn't even have a flat backing surface for tape to adhere to.
After that failed, I sent exhaustive photographic proof showing the sag, the mounting setup, and the complete lack of a flat surface for tape. Instead of honoring their 3-year warranty, customer support has trapped me in an endless loop—demanding more photos, deflecting to measurement excuses, and offering zero actual resolution. They know the Click2Fit system fails at this size, but they use stalling tactics to avoid issuing a refund or proper replacement. Avoid this company.
Roller Blunds
I first ordered several samples and they arrived timely. I then ordered 4 fabric roller blinds, which arrived safely in under two weeks. I was absolutely delighted by the quality and look of the blinds. They fit perfectly and work smoothly. I will definitely be using this company for any future window covering needs. Thank you so much for your excellent product.

Installation is NOT a 1 (out of 10)
The 5 1/2 foot wide blind that we ordered was for over our glass door and was labeled as a "1 out of 10" for easy to install. 1 being the easiest. The blind came with 4 brackets that mounted to the wall and were supposed to just "pop" into place when the blind was positioned under them. We spent roughly 10 hours trying to get them to pop into place... with much frustration and no assistance from the "support line". I had to email the manufacturer just to be told they were the correct brackets. They appeared to be just a hair too tight, but nothing would work to allow the bracket to catch in place. Even using a mallet (as suggested by Home Depot.who also installs these blinds). The bracket would just flex. So that failed. We finally had to grind down the bracket a bit to take the paint off to allow the blinds grooves to slide over into place. After 2 weeks of getting mad at our failed efforts and no support, we got our blind to snap in. Now we love the blind... but for $800 it was very defeating with no support.

Beautiful roller shades!
I bought the shades during a 60% off sale so am very pleased with the purchase. The fabric is so beautiful and of high quality. The cordless design is so easy to manipulate; just apply light pressure to lower or raise the shade. The cassette valance adds beauty and covers the roller ends. I bought outside mount room darkening roller shades and they block out the sun and provide 100% privacy. I am 65+ year old female and easily installed the shades myself. This was my first purchase and I definitely would buy from SelectBlinds again!
Gorgeous roller blinds, however there's a big problem.
Ordering was easy and intuitive, with good instructions regarding measuring properly. The samples I ordered arrived about 10 days later (too long!) There was good communication about where my blinds were in the process and shipping was rapid. Here comes the problem - the metal chain does not work smoothly, and it's way too short. It's impossible to raise my blinds all the way up. They stop when they are about 18" from the top. I've submitted a request for help (warranty service) and have yet to hear back. (It IS the holiday season, so the delay may be acceptable.) I hope I can come back and tell you that Select Blinds took care of the problem - stay tuned.

Overall nice product two considerations
We ordered Cavendish Charcoal color love the color but very stark contrast to the white mounting that comes with it really need to have black option like you have for pleated shades
Other was mounting brackets needed to be manually adjust on inside premium cordless mount and no reference in the instructions.
