Blinds harder to install than expected
Seemed like the blind would be an easy task. Wrong -- Watched on utube several instructions sight. Still could not figure out how to install it. Looked and relook the instructions that was with the blind. Finally firgued out the instruction sheet was exactly backwards of the installation. I did it my way and it worked wonderfully. Took approximately three and a half hours to install. But very happy with the product
Bathroom blind
The blind arrived and it did not fit. I spoke with your staff through text. They were knowledgeable and helpful. A new blind arrived, and it fits.
Good customer service
It was nice to call and actually talk to a real person who seems to be knowledgeable. The samples were shipped out immediately and we received within the week I believe. Unfortunately they do not have the same product we had ordered previously so we had to pick something close. Bummer. What we selected is just ok.

I love my new blinds! I purchased six top down bottom up blinds - Blackout for the bedrooms and light filtering for the other rooms. All but one of them were non brand name, but my largest one was only available in top down bottom up from Levolor so I paid the extra for that one. I live in Wisconsin, so the winters are COLD. The blinds really do a great job of insulating the room from the chilly air around the windows on sub-zero days. I have to make sure I open them every day so the condensation on the windows can dry. The Levolor blind is made from slightly more durable material than the others and moves up and down more smoothly. The other blinds tend to bubble out as you lift them no matter how slowly you go, but if I push on the front of them where they're bubbling they do go up. I have two friends who ordered the same blinds a few years ago that do not have this issue, and the pull tabs on them to raise and lower them are better quality on the older blinds. The old ones have a button to push to "unlock" them so they can move and the plastic matches the blinds. The new ones have cheap clear plastic and no locking mechanism. They still stay in place, but the older ones definitely move more smoothly and easily. I carefully measured all my windows twice before ordering, but 5 of the 6 blinds were too wide for my windows when they arrived. The Levolor blind was the only one that fit. Fortunately I had checked the "Fit Guarantee" box for each blind as I ordered them, so they replaced them all at no cost to me. I did have to wait another week to receive the new ones, but it was worth the wait. I'm very happy with the blinds, and I love that they don't have cords for my cats to destroy!

Easy to order and great quality
The ordering process was easy and our shades arrived in a timely manner. The quality of these shades are great! It is our second time ordering them. We originally ordered for the upstairs windows only for privacy and then decided that they would enhance the downstairs windows as well and help keep out the UV light. I highly recommend the Levelor pleated shades!

Great but cheap hardware
Overall these are great but the hardware is cheap. And I've seen that these usually come with better hardware, maybe if you can buy direct from the manufacturer?
Wrong blinds was sent
We order three blinds all the same, but our order had one blind that not what we ordered. We got two light filtering and one black out which also didn't fit to wide. It took almost 4 weeks to got the one we ordered, with many texts.
