Faux Window Blinds
We've only had the chance to put up one window blind at this time; we still have 4 to put up. Buying online is tough; the color is not exactly what I wanted but close enough.
Great Blinds
The blinds came in perfect condition. The only complaint I have is there were only 3 screws instead of 6 hex wood screws. I called your customer service and had a difficult time understanding the representative. He insisted on me texting a picture of the screws I received. I didn't understand why he needed a picture. I waited a week to receive the screws and finally went to local hardware store and bought extra screws. Your screws finally arrived 10 days after I called. It could be the fault of the postal service for taking so long. I hung the blinds, and they look great.

Received my faux wood white blind on time, good deal for the price. Approximately 59 inches wide and long, cordless and looks great though slight sag at the middle. Vast improvement over the horizontal blind it replaced!

Disappointed After 20+ Years
I have been ordering blinds here for more than 20 years-for 2 houses, through decor changes, etc. & this is the first time I? Ve been disappointed-especially with customer service. I have ordered many different kinds of blinds in the past and when they? Ve come with a wand I needed to choose which side I wanted it on. When I purchased cordless lift there was no wand. This time I chose cordless lift and it didn? T ask which side I wanted the wand on. They came with the wand on the left side, which places it in an unreachable location behind furniture. When I called customer service their response was that you can see the wand on the left side in a picture (difficult to see on a phone) so, even though it is nowhere in the description (which I had repeatedly & thoroughly, checked) and wands were not included in my cordless lift purchases in the past, nothing would be done about it. Now that my son is about to order blinds for his entire house, I? M afraid to refer him here in case other descriptions are not complete/accurate and he ends up with a houseful of disappointing blinds. I would highly suggest that, should you choose to order here, no one simply reads the description, but you call to ask questions about anything that is not specified prior to ordering because clearly things have changed and you will be stuck with something that might not work for you. As an explanation of my reviews for construction and appearance, the wand is pretty tight, does not twist smoothly, and the color looks yellowish & discolored next to the blinds.

Beautiful blinds and made such a big impact on the appearance with just the change of the blinds. Have ordered for all windows. I measured and installed them all. It takes literally 15 minutes to remove the old blind, drill holes for the new one, screw the brackets in place and install the blind and valance. The hardest part is screwing in the right bracket with your left hand when you? Re a righty!

My Shopping experience was good but..
My shopping experience was good but my order took a very long time to arrive and the blinds length was about an inch and a half shorter than what I ordered. I had to use wood as spacers to make up for the length. Good thing that at least the width was correct. A bit upsetting that my blinds don't rest on the ledge of the window like I wanted. I didn't return them because I did not want my window to be naked for another month, but trust me when I say that I really wanted to.
Great Looking Blinds
I was nervous about the fitment, as a couple windows were very odd width/length combination. To my surprise, they all fit perfect. These blinds look great and compliment the decor nicely. Quality seems good and mechanics seem of good quality as well. Most blinds have some degree of difficulty with installation and these are no exception. What I ended up doing was place the header in the window frame, drew a line on each side, then placed the headrail box on the line and installed. I prefer a more snug fit, however as long as there is no more than say 1/2 inch movement you will be fine. Now, in my opinion these are very expensive. Again, they look good and appear to be of quality, however I am sure if looked hard enough, I could find equal quality for less. Packaging was exceptional. Each blind was wrapped in bubble wrap with all necessary installation parts.
Easy to install, work smoothly, great product
I bought 3 blinds, two that were about 28", and one large one for a picture window about 58" wide. I replaced existing blinds with these. They perfectly dropped in, right into the original end bracket supports that were already there from the previous blinds, although on one, I chose to use the new brackets that came with the blinds because they were in better shape. Drilling and installing the backets was a 10 minute job. The blinds then popped right in and work perfectly. To be frank, these are not inexpensive products. But I think they are a great value because they are good quality blinds, and can be easily custom ordered through a website, arrive in perfect condition, and install in minutes.

Good product but…
After I received my order, I tried to contact Select blinds because I need sides for one valance and never even got a response. I'm very surprised by this. Never a problem before. Now I have one valance that is a bit short and I see the sides
