Impressed with the quality of the blinds at a price point of over half the cost than quoted by a window blind company. Easy install inside mounts.
Awesome blinds
We ordered Premier remote control, room darkening, click 2 fit, fossa color which is a slight silver color looks great with white walls and black trim. We couldn? T be happier. The entire process from ordering to delivery and installation was a wonderful experience. The price, customer service and blinds are well worth the money. The were half the cost of Levelor blinds from Lowe? S. We measured and hung them ourselves, great fit and installed within a few minutes. Highly recommend.
Blinds
The blinds are beautiful and I'm enjoying them. The customer service did a good job when I called with questions about installing them.
Love my new Zebra blinds
Very happy with my purchase. The blinds came relatively quickly and they match my windows perfectly. I'm very happy with the service and blinds.
Slightly disappointed
I have used Select Blinds a couple times in the past and everything was great. This time I had a problem with the wrong brackets being sent. After a couple phone calls to customer service we finally got the correct outside mount brackets. Originally we were sent 3 inside bracket mounts for each blind but only 2 outside brackets for each blind which ended up being ok. We also received spacers because we were hanging above windows that had wood trim. The spacers were not thick enough to extend past the trim so my husband had to come up with something to make it work. Also instructions are difficult to follow. Luckily Select Blinds has some You Tube videos which were very helpful. Now that the zebra motorized blinds are up & working I love them.

Second time ordering and both times give them a 10 out of 10. Size, color, instructions, exactly what I expected. Highly recommend!
Dual/Zebra Shades
I ordered Shrimp color, the dual/zebra continuous roller shades are exactly what I wanted. They look great and work well. My two issues I ran into were 1) the headrail fabric is fraying so I've had to trim it quite a bit and I ended up using nail scissors to get real close and then a small file to try to push the fray/top of fabric more into the rail so that it stops fraying. 2) The installation was a bit difficult. The videos show that it just snaps in (also the videos show a different bracket and a different top of the rail). Mine did not easily snap in, and because the screws are tapered rather than flat you really have to make sure they are flush and as tight as can be like even after they stop change the torque on your drill. That way the nails do not push into the center piece of the headrail. I was only ever able to get the two side brackets clicked in and the front of the middle one clicked in, but not the back of the middle one. I tried for over 40 minutes including taking it off and trying to put it back on multiple times and pushing with all of my might and trying pushing the tab up to give more room. Nothing.
Overall the product works smoothly minus the installation issue and looks great.

Concerned
Blinds are beautiful but our master bedroom hung for 4 days before falling brackets completely broken in pieces waiting for someone to contact me back for replacements or something these were expensive so I'm pretty disappointed right now
Warranty claim could've been quicker but overall good experience. Would use again!
It took a bit longer than expected to receive a replacement for a damaged set but we are happy with how all the blinds turned out. No complaints.

Nice looking, good price
Great to have samples, ease of using website, selection is amazing. Very difficult to install due to poor instructions and no help from Customer Service. I hired someone to install them who relied on his expertise and successfully installed them.
Zebra shade review
I ordered zebra shades for specially sized windows and I do love them. However, they snag if the bottom track ever gets caught on the window sill or is pushed up. They shouldn't be snagging, completing the edges would prevent this.
Good quality for the price, customer service could have been a lot better
I received some blinds that I custom ordered and decided to order a set of powered blinds for an additional room in the house, they were easy to install and fit perfectly. The order was split and sent with outdated and incompatible instructions, I contacted the chat online and then customer service by phone. The blinds were not operational at the time due to a lock sequence but no one was able to tell me the correct way to "wake up" the blinds, their conclusion is the wand was defective and they would send replacement blinds, I never heard back from anyone. When the last part of the order came in, the instructions in the box were complete and updated. If this information was included in the first part of the order I would have given a five star rating, the blinds had been updated apparently and all the information, links to instructions, etc. was outdated at customer service.
Process was quick
They were able to shorten the lead times for the stock 2-1/2" faux wood blinds by finding another white option that was in stock.
Timely
Received everything in good timing, packed and shipped well. Was missing bracket hardware for the largest shade for sliding glass doors. Still have not received hardware.
