Overall these blinds are good. The fit was a bit tight cause the opening tapers a bit. But my complaints: 1) the installation instructions were not clear I had to watch several YouTube videos to get it right. 2) the cord mechanism is way too short (needs to be twice as long). The plastic thing the cord runs through that is supposed to attach wall seems useless and interferes with raising and lowering blinds.
Third time ordering
Blinds fit well and are packaged well. This is my third order of Zebra blinds and I play to order 6 more for my basement.

Zebra light filtering
The ordering process was flawless, communication was good, and delivery was fast. The construction and the material are very good too; although it is not a luxurious look, I appreciate that the construction is clean with no loose threads or obvious imperfections. I ordered the light-filtering dual shade in "Light Mist" with the cordless lift for inside installation. It is perfect for a small window in the kitchen area.
The installation was complicated, though. Why? The instructions are not clear, and the fonts are tiny.
If you intend to do the installation yourself, just know the tabs on the shades have nothing to do with hanging up the shades; leave them close to the corner of the shade, as they came. Measure where you want to install the brackets on the window wall frame and hang the shades into the brackets directly. Do not try to align tabs with the shades to make them fit one into the other. We wasted time and effort attempting to make the tabs fit into the brackets. The video from SelectBlinds regarding this installation was also unclear.

Great Variety and Service, Installation Could Improve
They were very prompt with sending samples, and I loved the variety. The website is user-friendly, and I really appreciated the discounted prices. The measurements were accurate. The installation system was new to me, so I had to request a reference video from customer service, who resourcefully found one on TikTok. It would be helpful if they created their own instructional videos to make the process easier.

Zebra shades
Ordered the zebra shades and they look pretty cool! Only thing is that they were a tiny bit short-but we kept them since it only shows up a little when they are on an open (style). They look just how it was explained and shown. Really happy with them!
Go Bold!
Out of all the samples I received I could have gone with a safe beige or tan. But the Desert Palm caught my eye and I taped it to my window and looked at it for a few days in all kind of light. I loved it so much, but would it be too bold? The answer is Yes! It? S bold and I? M absolutely so glad I picked it for my new Zebra shades. First off the measure/order process was seamless and easy. They walk you through everything in print and in video. Once the order was received they update me when it was in production (about 5 days) and then when it shipped 3 days later. It shipped Fedx and I was able to track it the whole way. It took about 4 days as it ships from China. The packing was excellent and there was absolutely no damage.
Installation was easy once we figured it out. That was the only hiccup. The written instructions were fine, but it? S nice to see a video and the current one on the website shows old window clips and ours were (what I assume) a new version and we weren? T sure exactly how to clip the blind to them. Once we figured it out it was very easy and you can take them on and off no problem.
I got the cordless version and the up and down motion is smooth and easy. I am pleased beyond measure with the quality of these. They are just as nice as any of the higher priced brands. I will definitely be buying more of these when we? Re ready to do our bathroom

I ordered two zebra blinds for my family room. When received, one was fine but the other wouldn't stay fully extended/down. After working with customer service and sending a video of the operation, they replaced the item. The replacement operates perfectly. Thank you for a quick and fairly painless experience.

You really got it right, from start to finish
We absolutely LOVE all of the products we have purchased, over $2000 worth- a fration of the price charged by Costco's partner. I can't image they can be any better. We truly are thriled, and install was surprisingly quick and easy (for my husband, not me). Customer service was extremely helpful, and even allowed us to follow up with email questions (very grateful for that). The only thing is colors on the website; they are not totally reliable, so I suggest ordering samples before you buy. Since installation of our blinds and shades, our home is so much more elegant looking. I especially love your new products (can't recall exact name which I think changes within the website; that should be fixed). Otherwise, we really couldn't be happier with the purchase! GREAT JOB!
