Have had better experience before
Overall he lift mechanism is a bit flimsy. Previous blinds I got from here had the roller mechanism but these recent ones are a fabric but the mechanism doesn't seem adequate to lift the blinds. Another issue is the blinds have a constant bulge at the bottom i. E the slight height variation in the window sill resulted in the blind not extending fully thus as the bottom bar sits on the window sill the lift mechanism pulls it a bit up this leaving a bulge in the last panel.

And the whole process was extremely easy. I asked for a couple fabric samples. They came immediately. Taking measurements was a breeze. And I felt more comfortable. Just calling them in. The designer was extremely helpful. My blinds came. I ordered seven altogether. And they are extremely easy to install. I am so happy with my order.
Great blinds!
Beautiful, excellent blinds. People think I've had them custom made. My only request is that they include more comprehensive installation instructions. The ones they came with were far too simple and didn't fully explain the install process. It made installation quite difficult.

I have used SelectBlinds for three rooms already. I loved the first room, and each product has been better than the last. I needed to utilize their warranty for the first job, and they replaced the blind with no problem. This last order was the best of all. The instructions said that the installation of the Roman blinds was a snap, and they were right! The only reason I gave them 4 stars was that the blinds got stuck in customs due to the expiration of a trade agreement, which caused a huge bureaucratic backlog at the border and wasn't SelectBlinds fault. Their products may not be cheap, but they are durable and worth every penny.

Expensive but well-made
This is the most expensive blind/shade we've ever splurged on, but the pattern matched the wallpaper we're using so we decided to go for it. It is very well-made; good quality. Don't think the opening/closing mechanism will break after a couple years like other blinds. Easy installation. Very satisfied.
Love the fabric but...
Fabric is quality. Roman shades great but I wanted motorized and got the Connect bridge and it was also supposed to work with Alexa. Can't get bridge to work all 3 shades together and plug in to recharge isn't in a good accessible place.

First time buyer
After ordering fabric samples, I chose a William Morris design for 3 roman shades. I followed the window measuring directions and the shades fit perfectly. Very happy with their look and cordless movement up and down.
Average
I've used them in past but the pricing has gotten a little absorbent. The two blinds for my master bedroom cost almost the same for solar notarized from another vendor. :( Seems they are shipping from all over the place. Random delivery dates no real follow upon 2 of my blinds that are to be delivered. I ordered over a month ago!

Great fit, fabric lacking
Fits perfectly, looks great, cute print on fabric. The fabric is so thin even with a liner that you can't see the pattern when the sun shines through. Looks great at night!
