Would go with Levolor going forward
Many of my SelectBlinds cordless shades have failed, some in warranty, some just past the warranty. About half of our original shades still work. This time I thought I'd try replacing them with Levolor, and there's a huge difference in quality. The Levolors just feel more solid, and the mechanism works better. No more having to pull them too far to get them to land in the right place (the SelectBlinds tend to hike up), and the double cell Levolor are very insulating, and work perfectly as blackout shades.

The blinds are very nice and the instructions were easy to follow.
Good blinds, cut exactly right, easy to install
The blinds seem well constructed. Delivery was good and the blinds were well packed to reduce shipping damage. I installed them in a little over one hour (2 Blinds). They were cut exactly as planned and they work great.
First blind did not work properly but quickly and easily replaced by the company

Be careful measuring your windows! Blinds were to my measurements and high quality. Arrived quickly. I will be purchasing more blinds from this company!
Quick and easy

Love Their Blinds and Shades
Now, my entire house has SelectBlinds on every window! My beach house, too! They are easy to work with, the quality is great and their pricing is reasonable. Plus, what a selection! I get compliments all the time from family and friends! And I've recommended SelectBlinds to many who love theirs as well! Great stuff!

Poor customer service
I received my order but 3 of the brackets for my Roman shades wouldn't hold the shade properly. I called immediately and the person I spoke with said they would mail me 3 brackets. 3 days later I got an email that said I needed to provide photos of the defective brackets and then it would be decided if I could get the additional brackets. I had already thrown the brackets away and trash day had come and gone. I was able to find one bracket and sent a photo but still have not heard from select blinds about the brackets or received any replacements. That was 12/20/24 and it's 1/6/25 today. My purchase was over $1500 so this seems like very poor customer service.
Hung with Ease
The cord on my blind broke so had to replace it. I searched online and was happy with the way the double cell looked and the stated ease of installation. The holes aligned with my old blind and was up in minutes. The color is marginally different.

I ordered my blinds online without any problem at all. Initially I had a blind company com to our house and the quote was greater than 10,000 dollars …I decided to buy the blinds from select and when the blinds came in my husband and I put them up within two hours it was very easy and they are beautiful. I bought the room darkening shades so my granddaughter can take her nap during the day …. They are perfect …plus I saved well over 7,000 dollars
Great blinds, great price
We have ordered many blinds from SelectBlinds and have always had a positive experience. There website it very helpful and we have never had an issue with sizing when we follow their instructions. The blinds look great.
