Window shades
I ordered two light filtering, cellular shades in white. Evidently, I failed to notice the second shade entered as brown, so I had to re-order. Otherwise, the shades were easy to install, although another bracket on the 71" shade would have been helpful, as the shade sags a bit in the middle.

We love our new blinds!
Easy to order. Had to wait a little while for them to come. We do think that ordering the Thread version (with an additional home hub Fromm a third party) was a bit of an overkillâ€"the select blinds remote is just fine. Can't get the hub to recognize them and don't have time to tinker. Maybe this summer, so I can set schedules, operate while away, etc. but we do enjoy them convenience of automation.

Blinds are great but could use a bottom center pull.
Wood faux blinds are perfect for our kitchen window. They are perfect fit and color. Would be nice if they had a bottom center pull. Kinda difficult to grab and pull down into place. Was able to find a Velcro strap that wraps around the bottom grab bar.

This is my second purchase of blinds, and couldn't be happier w my cellular shade. Easy to install, fit perfectly and look great! My laundry room is warmer as well w the blind!

There's always help with Select Blinds customer service if you have any questions while installing. After one or two window coverings install, it's a " breeze" for the remainder. Go for it. You will feel fully satisfied and accomplished after completing.

One side of the blind is sagging when stacked. I issued a statement to customer service and have not heard back. Can you help?

My incorrect order was fixed quickly.
The company sent the wrong order, although the measurements were correct. I did not realize they were not what I had ordered until I got one completely installed. When I reported it and talk to a real person, the problem was solved. I now have the correct order in my possession. Very good service.
