They almost $46 out of my account then when I called them they said my number is on an account but it's not mine and they don't have a manager. Going to the bank to let them know that that charge is fraudulent.

So I was asked about some friends to put some money on a friend's books where he could make phone calls and what they told me it was named it sound just like this so I go in not knowing anything about anything of this not ever having any I know personally in jail before no clue and they said it's make account and you go in and you put $20 in and put however much you want well I go to this website thinking it was it and it wasn't on the webinar site that I went onto because I have multiple websites for this company did not say anything about my car being charged the 4598 so my card was charged immediately on top of that I realize it wasn't there I want to screenshot it and then my friend really know where are you at that's not it do you need to get out of that well then I realize that my card was charged him and I was trying to deactivate my account I was trying to do whatever whatever I could to get out of this one they don't have a pop-up box that says when you put your card in that your card will be charged decimal immediately no we're on this me telling them within like 3 to 5 seconds after me getting into the account they will not refund your money I believe the company is a scam I believe that they're just taking people money why do they need three different websites to take you to different locations of their website there's three different ones that you can go into for this company and all three platforms other websites are different I will be notifying the Better Business Bureau will be making reviews anywhere and everywhere I can on this company warning other people do not use this company I do believe it is a scam I do not understand why or what is going on but do not use this company and they are awful and they will they will not talk to you on the phone they will only email you and it's not very nice they do not want to understand or have any empathy for anybody they care less they're just out to get money and I'm sure this is why it takes place a lot so they're probably making $15 off of every individually that signs up that is not where they're supposed to be not the right place so do not use this please search and find out the correct location that you're supposed to use for each Joe location because this one does not have all the jails in United States listed on it it's only certain ones so please please be sure to research before you go in because they make you sign up and put your credit card number in before you can even make account to see whether if it's the right one or not you I mean it didn't even let me choose a jail I didn't let me choose a state you didn't let me do anything it one of my name my mailing address my credit card to make account that's what it wanted and I thought it was it time in my mistake not knowing anything about this type of stuff I was scammed

They don't ask you for a final authorization or even tell you what you are being charged. I made the mistake of thinking this was the company that had the jail phones. It's very close to the same name. Once I found out I was charged 45 dollars, I requested a refund and explained it was my mistake on the company name. They were unwilling to refund the total amount charged and said I had to pay 14.99 cancellation fee. They were also not even apologetic about it. They almost smugly kept asking me if I wanted 31 dollars back. This company should be held accountable by the federal communications commission. Do not use them. You will most surely be sorry just as I am. Honest mistake. Dishonest business.

Do not start an account you will not even get it all the way set up before they'll charge your credit card 4599 then they refuse to give you a full refund they tell you that 1499 is non-refundable but yet they don't even give you an option to select the payment they are ridiculous they are thieves who deserve to be in jail do not use their services scam scam scam scam scam they are Crooks thieves criminals
