Poor content, broken promises and the staff no habla ingles! If you don't know the difference between two, too and to, you shouldn't be in content or SEO business, much less charge like a premo company.

They called last week demanding more money to get my site that they declined the traffic to almost nil back to page 1 of Google SERPS. Like, hell I would.
The contractor was able to generate positive results and dramatically increase our SERP. They are very responsive and professional. The only challenge we had was the quality of writing which the contractor is addressing and improving.
Searchbergdid a good job. Must stay on top to make sure you are receiving what you are asking for. Just stay on top of the progress report and you should be ok. Took a little longer than expected to finish the website, but I'm happy with the result now that it's done.
