Hello im new and I love the 3 credit bureaus all together so I can see what's affecting my credit. I need to raise my score to be able to make a purchase of a newer 5th wheel.

I was put on hold waiting to talk to a specialist and then the representative came back on and told me that someone would have to call me back on another day …..

I thought yhis was a new part or service from Credit Karma. Too late I read that after just a few days I would have to pay $39.95 a month for this (service?). Please tell me how I can discontinue this membership, I don't find a canellation button or anything like it. Seems like another racket.

We needed a credit report so we could be approved to rent in luxury condo. We do not want a continuing service. Our bank says we are allowed a free report once a year. So make sure we have no subscription.

I only ended p on the site because i was trying to aploy for a loan and to make this short never got it was told i was approved and waited for them to call me back i ended up calling them was told they would get back to in in a few hours well thats a hella long hours 2 days ago

The agent Emily explained what caused the decrease in my score. It went from 820 to 670 because of two late payments that were never revealed to me.

I subscribed because you advertised to provide the FICO score. Come to find out it is not the true FICO score. The score presented once you subscribe is the same as those presented by sites such as Credit Karma or the "free scores" that most credit card companies give you, such as FICO 8 or similar, but not your true score.

I have tried and tried to cancel this service but can not seem to get in touch with anyone about it. I need you to stop charging my card or trying to

Got most of the info I needed but didnt like that I have to call to cancel- no way to do that from the site?

Checking my credit was easy and wasn't complicated. I was able to navigate the system very well.

I try to cancel and your system makes it hard to cancel, once again a funnel scam.

I needed to freeze my accounts and was able to do that

The ability to look at all three accounts at one time.

It really breaks it down and makes it easy to understand and focus on where to improve.
