You glitches and ineptitude have cost me seriously in CC and raids. The glitches never end, you can't launch original event without messing up every thing. Your tech support system is the worst thing since 911, your people are rude, and you've ripped me off so many times I finally just gave up on tech support. Path and strike fox are a great of fresh air in the raw sewage plant you call Scopley. Please, please sell the game, because you are on a landslide losing streak because you are incapable of executing any new content without unplayable glitches, and a massive paywall. I spend around $100 per month, and i get crushed and have no chance at keeping up with all the new teams, and I'm end game. Please make sure before you launch any events that they are vigorously tested, stop screw folks out of rewards because of your mistakes, stop making it impossible for medium to miss out on tons of milestones unless they drop 100 bucks. Whales shouldn't make the rules, without the rest of us your broken, biased game is OVER. Sell it please, it's like watching a monkey try to f#@k a football
I had been playing happily for years. My phone made an accidental pocket purchase on a hike. They said no refund because they couldn't "claw back" the items, even if they delete the account. DO NOT download this game. It's not worth risking your $.
I enjoyed playing monopoly go and they advertised their discord. The discord moderators are quite fond of discriminating and continuing to belittle and harrass it's users.
They condone moderator accounts to report users for unjust reasons despite multi language meanings of abbreviations. The discord moderators take advantage of their positions and find every reason to degrade other discord members.
This company lacks morals and oversight.

I was banned from the game after spending money legitimately through apple, however when the ban was lifted all the dice I had earned and payed for had gone, I tried to speak with customer support who are useless and they just kept repeating the same sentence over and over. Disgusting behaviour, Scopely are thieves and con artists. STAY AWAY FROM THEM PLEASE
Also if you try to out them on Facebook they ban you from the group
Scopely has started to run monthly incursions in this game with pvp events as well and this is ruining the game. I see in chats how many people are pissed and cannot complete the regular features of the game and makes it impossible for non pvpers to play and even the ones who like to pvp are disgusted with the events promoting pvp as it does not give enough time even for the p2p players to upgrade their accounts. I have watched so many players quit and may soon myself as this game is a losing game now we cannot even do our dailies to advance with the back to back pvp events. They also have so many glitches and intrusive programming it crashed 1 pc and is constantly blocking the intrusive requests for private files.
I play star trek fleet command and the game gets worse after every update. Lag is horrible, errors and faults are horrible, game resetting periodically at the worst times. Events that are assigned can't be finished. Constant failure. All you get is sorry we are working on it. The only one that needs an apology is the tree that is making 24-7 oxygen for these clowns. So pathetic when it comes to costumer service. Game is trash. I laugh at every update and enjoy watching players quit. 🤣
Scopley have recently rigged Mogo with the dice made them predetermined so they know where and when they land! Disgusting your making people pay when your controlling the dice it follows a pattern everyone has worked it out! Change back to random dice
This game has become a waste of time playing. It only gets worse the longer you play it. The incompetence of its programers and uninformed customer service are of no help. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of playing this game. Waste of money and time. I know a lot of players who have played for more than a few years and spent a lot of money only getting so frustrated and quitting the game. So don't start and waste your money on a game that doesn't give scrap about the player. Save your money and your time.
I play wheel of fortune everyday. I spend a lot of money on this game and get cheated everyday. I contacted the better business bureau about Scopely.
Maybe a mystery hint for the treasure hunt to help guess but it's a fun game.
I enjoy not having to finish the game in one sitting and have had friends I've played with since the beginning with the rewarded play app and continue to this day.

The strike is for monopoly go to make the changes we have been asking for since last album.
1) bugs, errors, lost rewards
2) making it more difficult to get golds.
3) not allowing gold trades
4) not offering higher rewards for higher levels
5) removing dice links, capped links, fill bar
6) customer support is no help
7) the game is unable to be played and win tournaments without purchases
8) Lack of gold packs
9) multiple duplicates of cards exceeding 10+

How you can strike is uninstalling the app for two days. You will not lose your progress as long as you have your account connected to Facebook. If you don't want to uninstall then don't play. With many groups participating it's 300k+ people Participating, and we hope monopoly takes our concerns seriously, and implements the change to provide better playing experience for everyone.
Or you can keep playing because we aren't forcing anyone to join us but again this group will not be running for 2 days. Occasionally we will have a couple moderators check in to approve posts for those not participating but it won't be as active.
As all games it started off fun just to get you hooked but as you progress you realize it is rigged! You do not get enough dice to complete in the events, bots are very notorious in this game as well! 8 hours is way too long to receive those little dice you give! ABSOLUTE rip off! PAY TO PLAY GAME! PREDATORY PRACTICES! STEER CLEAR FROM THIS GAME OR YOU'LL BE QUITE DISAPPOINTED! IT OPERATES JUST LIKE A CASINO! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!
Scopely support is awful! If they do respond they will not provide any assistance with problems with their games! They just blame you for it and close the conversation. If you don't pay to play aka wallet warriors they have no use for you! Even known issues that other players are having they deny any responsibility and push you off to the next person who gives the same result DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THEM UNLESS YOU LIKE UNNECESSARY STRESS IN YOUR LIFE! Horrible company!
I had been playing Scopley's ridiculously expensive game Star Trek Fleet Command for some time now. While sometimes it feels more like work than play, I really liked the team I was on and they made it feel like a community. WELL, I WILL NO LONGER BE PLAYING STAR TREK COMMAND OR ANY OTHER SCOPELY GAME! They have glitches in their game that they WILL NOT acknowledge. Instead they blame their customers---the ones that pay their paychecks. They will not concede to the fact that COULD HAVE issues that do not appear correctly. I spent money on this game. Boy was I a fool. First, this game is EXPENSIVE to buy add-ons. I guess if you don't mind spending $20-$50 or $100 to get what you need to continue in the upper levels then this game might be for you as there is a very small amount that can be bought for $5. Scopely has other games that have much better customer service AND where the prices are more reasonably priced--like $5. IN STAR TREK FLEET COMMAND, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS! So if you're playing this game, BEWARE that if you believe a glitch has happened to you, THEY WILL NOT STAND BEHIND YOU! THEY WILL ROLL RIGHT OVER YOU TRYING TO GET THE NEXT IDIOT TO PLAY STAR TREK FLEET COMMAND. I will never play any of their games again, even though I've heard much better things about their Marvel game. I cannot condone a company where they put profit ahead of their customers. WAY TO GO SUPPORT TEAM FOR STAR TREK FLEET COMMAND! This game also can take too much of your time when they give you an incredible amount of tasks to complete.
I have been playing Marvel Strike Force for 4 years and once Scopely took over it had gone from Good to PURE EVIL. Prices have not taken an economic upturn, they have sky rocketed! BUGS, price gouging, events moved to fully pay to win in a year. 100 dollar prices that were 5 and 10 dollar sales. I understand making money off of the sales but to ROB your customers is another thing. Every event cannot be completed without spending. This company is a DISGRACE to any game dev team.
I recommend people avoid games that have a Scopely tag on them.
No help whatsoever, you can almost hear them snickering through the emails. Not to mention the game crashing almost every single day; and if you lose something during a crash? They will email you with instructions which when completed lead to another email with further instructions which when completed lead to another email with further instructions. They do this until you finally give up and say this isn't worth ten dollars. I stayed about 6 months so it wasn't just one bad apple the whole bunch is bad. Join at your own peril, you've been warned
Been trying to reach Scopely Customer Service for weeks with NO Response. An item I selected to Purchase with Pay Pal in their Store to advance in the game actually shorted me after I paid for it. Was suppose to receive 280 Grade 3 Crystal and only got 11. Finally when I realized they were not going to respond, I contacted Pay Pal to file a Claim for a Refund. Within a few days my Scopeli account account to make purchases was locked out. Some purchases for Monthly advancement are necessary to keep from grinding to a crawl in the game. At this point, all I have spent (Over $8000. 00) is wasted cause I can't advance at all now. Still NO contact from Customer Service. I cancelled the Refund Request with Pay Pal to try to compromise with them, but NO Response. This is a poorly ran Company with NO Customer Service and has established a Game that if you don't spend a lot of money, you are doomed to go stagnant and not advance while I watch all the items already purchased dwindle away. This Game is a Money SCAM and should have a CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT PLACED AGAINST THEM. PLEASE INCLUDE ME WHEN YOU DO!

I'd love to give Star Trek five stars. BUT. I will not.
The game design has become copy and paste, high dollar packs, very slow advancement, $49 to $200 packs that barely give any progression.
Does not feel like fun anymore. This game has become a grind fest, with hamster wheels on 11 sides.
I have logistical operations job and I have a 2 year old I'm probably $15,000 plus into this game. And struggle to justify Scopely.
The company supports credit card theft and is completely unethical in the way they target members in matchups in battles. Will change speed bars for members just to help them out. When you go to show them videos they can't accept videos over 5 secs and expect you to make a YouTube account to accommodate them. Also will not even look at info when you show them on their own support trying to take credit card info.
Answer: It's not! And when you do sometimes they don't even give you a reply!
