Bought two outfit which was supposed to be stitched. Both the outfits were different from the picture. One was stitched but it seemed like someone was in a rush and there was thread hanging from everywhere and looked very ugly. There was a stain on the back too and there was no hole for the button. One side of the pants was longer then the other.It wasn't my size either. The second outfit wasn't stitched at all. The description on the picture was different. Am in the process of returning the outfits but the person I am dealing is very difficult. Messaged me today that threads are normal, not when you have them hanging from every side side. Wish I could rate them 0.

Wish I could give 0 star! Worst ever site to purchase traditional stuff. There are plenty of good and trusted websites you should go on to buy things. They have all false good reviews. I never got the thing I asked for and now struggling to get a refund from them. They'll only ask you to contact by email and keep dragging you.

I would never recommend this. I purchased my stuff from another website and it came out much quickly then the all the pain to deal with this site.

I purchased two items from this company (Sareeo.com) and initially I was happy that I had made this purchase, as I was sent a "Cash Back" Wallet for the full purchase price. On receipt of both the items, the items were not to expected quality, or same as shown on the images. I wrote an email to the company and was asked to send in the images of the items, I did this and was advised that I would have to pay for the returns postage cost, I have never had to pay return cost on any websites for returning disliked items. I thought my happiness would be short lived with purchase.

As the postage costs were too high, both the unused items have stored in the cupboard, hence I decided to make the use of the so called Cash Back "Wallet", I attempted to proceed with two more items, after proceeding to "Checkout" I tried to use the Wallet balance, which turned out to be a gimmick offer, as the only amount that can be used from the balance is 20%... this is means you have keep purchasing more items.

I feel so unhappy & frustrated dealing with this company.

I bought a saree from Sareeo. The saree came on time. But the saree was different from the picture and most importantly the quality was bad. The website mentioned that the cloth is Silk, after seeing the saree I reached out to the customer service and they said the fabric is mixed silk. Most importantly the saree had one-sided print. Customer service mentioned that this digital print and we are supposed to know that its one-sided print. The picture was cleverly disguised this one-sided print, as they only showed the printed side in the picture. Overall it's a great disappointment. Customer service offered to return the product but did not provide any option for shipping back. Since has to be shipped to India, it would easily cost me $ 30.00+. So, I am forced to keep the saree even though I felt cheated with this purchase. Sharing this experience to ensure that you are careful when you buy from Sareeo.com
