Too bad we can't leave minus 1-5 stars, Scam company! Find another florist. Placed an order, sympathy arrangement, it was never delivered! Called from the funeral home and the rep outright LIED to me and said I was sent an email letting me know there was a "supply issue" and the order would not be sent. There was NO EMAIL, I asked why couldn't you call? You had my phone #? Just a "fly by night wanabe" florist. When I called the next day after returning home, the rep said email customer service. Same reply it was a "supply issue" What REAL florist can not get flowers or plants? Just ridiculous, stay away from this company because you will not get your order. Very disappointing! I said "send another plant to the widow's address of the diseased." They still insist they can't do that due to a "supply issue".
