Royal matrimonial services... they are cheaters. They only know how to take money after that they do not provide any services... they should shut down this business. They have opened a new branch in gurgaon. Mr Chabra... they only reply when we make call to them... and for rest of the days they do nothing... other online websites are more useful. More importantly they do not have any fixed price... they charge something from 1 person and another price from other person... we wasted ******* Rs... pathetic people providing pathetic services...!
I have seen at least three couples getting divorced just because they trusted the services of Royal Matrimony. Don't ever go to this company. And this guy Gaurav Chhabra is a crook and mean businessman. He has made money for himself by destroying lives of others.

Their mediator services are very nice.The mediators are very friendly and supportive and are continuously working in the background to send matching profiles for you and send your profile to matching prospects. They arrange the meetings if both the profiles have shown liking for each other's profile and coordinate very professionally. I would highly recommend Royal Matrimonial to anyone who is looking to find a life partner for himself/herself.
Completely disheartening services.
I opted for Bicholiya package. Initially, when the executive came at our place, they were so concern and connected like a family member. After taking money, things changed drastically. I was calling to them as if I'm the coordinator and they are the customers.
What I was being told:
The executive will be with you at every step.
The executive will update you whenever they will share the profiles with you.
The executive will take your feedback time to time.
The executive will coordinate with you with the response of other party.
But trust me, things were completely opposite.
I was coordinating with the executive at every step.
I was asking your executive 'what's the feedback of other party?'
I was asking executives to share profiles with me.
Moreover the cherry on the cake was... I was calling again and again... and the executive WAS NOT PICKING UP my calls. With an alarm in my head that I should not call on Wednesday and I've to call between 10-6 pm (which I also understand).
Royal Matrimonial have friendly Coordinators and provide matching profiles. The Vicholia service is very useful as the meetings are fixed with convenience of both the parties and suits very well if one is a busy person. Good luck Royal Matrimonial who are more customer-friendly than crude businessmen.
I have hired the basic services of royal matrimonial. The services provided are pathetic. They will send 5 biodatas after a week and that only after repeated calling. The executive don't pick up calls. No use to complaint even to the owner Mr. Gaurav Chabbra. Wastage of time and money..
