Arrived clasp did not close securely.
One of the earrings clasp didn't close securely. I was disappointed I was hoping to wear them to a function.

These earrings are very narrow and small, though attractive. They do not have a firm close and open easily.

I was disappointed because I thought they were a little bigger it is very hard to put in my ear lobe and then could not clasp them. I am keeping them because it is too much trouble to return this is the first time I was disappointed in your jewelry. I have many items but theee earrings are not what I expected

The picture of these earrings do not match the actual earrings
The earrings in the picture look like there are individual diamonds set. This is not the case. There are tiny chips, almost like a pave. I would advise Ross Simmons to change the pictures so that it doesn't appear that it's a bait and switch.

Cute but poor quality latch
Small, good for second hole, very cute but the first pair I received had one defective latch. Would not close at all. Returned and received second pair with both latches defective - barely clicking in. I did not want to go thru hassle of returning again so I took to local jeweler friend to adjust. He did what he could do it does close now, but not as securely as it should, still opens too easily. Guess I'll only wear these indoors. I planned on purchasing this pair in yellow gold too, but I'm afraid the latch quality will be the same and the gold ones are a lot pricier. Unfortunately I read reviews after purchasing - others have had same issues w latches. I've purchased many earrings from here including other Huggies that close securely. First product I have purchased from Ross & Simmons that I'be been disappointed with.

The latch on one of the earrings was not secure and I lost it.
