Mother's Day Gifts
You did not finish the back of the heart clasp. I expected a rounded heart but got rounded on the front and unfinished on the back. You charged enough to have a nicely formed heart clasp. I will give these to my daughters for Mother's Day, (7" and 8") because I am out of time, however I will think twice before I order anything else from you - and I have been a customer for MANY years.

Disappointed
I had such high hopes for this bracelet. The part that faces your skin is completely flat so it flips over easily. The heart is hollow on the back side, so when the bracelet flips, it looks awful. The clasp pops open easily … I had it fall off several times in one wearing. Buyer beware :(

This is a very nice bracelet but definitely need size 8" even for medium wrist. Had to order twice for the larger size.
