I'm disappointed with the ring as the peridot stone just disappeared after I washed my hands!

It broke in under a week. I repurchased but hope it is stronger. I am beyond careful with all my jewelry and was shocked when it cracked in half. I love the piece but not sure what happened. Very Sad

Jade/Peridot ring
Received as gift and overall love the ring.
I have several jade and peridot pieces but this is the first that combines both together.
The only thing that I dislike on the ring is the width size of the band. Perhaps it could be that I have short, small fingers (size 6/7) and the band to me seems too thick between the fingers, as it seems to separate the surrounding fingers a bit more than I would like. It will take me some time to adjust but it could also be that this is the first wide width band ring I have and just may not be used to the wideness.
Not sure if the jade band could have been made thinner in comparison to the existing band design.
Given this ring for my daughter. She really loves it. Cute on her finger
