The chain got caught in her hair and broke.
Pretty, but not exactly like the picture
In the picture, the yellow is much more bright and vibrant, and the petals of the flower seem to be more open. The color is much darker with the one that I received. It's nice, but I prefer the look of the one that they are showing online.

Love my sunflower pendant! (Chain broke instantly though)
I love love love my sunflower pendant! It suits me perfectly and I get so many compliments! However, the delicate chain it came with broke on my second wearing, despite my being super gentle with it, and I had to put it on a more substantial chain. Disappointing. I hope management sees this and sends me a replacement chain!
