Metal prongs (1 or 2) on one of the citrine stones of the ring are jagged; they cut, broke through and brought blood from the skin on my forehead when I rubbed my face. Please, send instructions on how we may reconcile this problem for me (I have a 2 yr warranty plan).

I really like this ring. The gems are beautiful and it has a look to it as if it might be an antique. I find the combination of blue topaz, amethyst and citrine very appealing and I find I can blend it well with much of my other jewelry. It also is comfortable to wear.
