I bought for teen age girls for Christmas. I lke them so they can be adjustable to fit.

The chain part is very thin and one of the bracelets was very thin and cheap

Hug around the wrist in silver
Love it! My daughter needed a hug long distance as we live 3000 miles apart, and these 3 bracelets fit the bill - she loved them so much i ordered a sweet for myself!
Too thin
They were significantly thinner than the picture makes them look. Kind of cheap looking.:-(

The items were not what I expected, but they are beauifull
If you value your wallet, stay away
The bracelets themselves are exactly as expected. If it wasn't for the abominable customer service, I would have given them 5 stars. But... the customer service is the worst imaginable. They billed my credit card on the day I ordered them and then I heard nothing, nada, zip for over 3 weeks until I received notice that they had been delivered. This, even after repeated requests as to delivery status and checking via tracking numbers as to the location of my package. A package for which I had already been charged. It will be a cold day in the lower parts of the world before I ever order from Ross Simons again.
