Gold wear off
As beautiful of a design unfortunately the gold color did wear off within 8 days of wear. It's such a beautiful ring however it not really looks terribly two toned.
Lost the gold tone after second wear.
I fell in love with this ring. Unfortunately, it does not look gold anymore. I did not submerse my hands in water for an extended time or expose the ring to any chemicals. Disappointing!

I love the ring. The black onyx is large enough to look rich and impactful yet not too large. Just right. The gold and black looks lovely and elegant. I like to stack it with my gold wedding band. I definitely like the ring and it would also make a good gift. It's not very costly at all.

Gift gone bad
Gave as a birthday gift and two weeks later gold is flaking off. This is disappointing and embarassing. Need to look into return policy.

Gold and Black Elegance
I really love this beautiful ring with gold over sterling. The oval goes across my finger which is unusual and unique. I wear a lot of black and have a few black and silver rings, but not a black in gold setting. It looks rich. However, I do wear a size 9.
