Beautiful, weighty piece - fantastic workmanship
This dimensional turtle pendent on a popcorn chain is really great quality. I find myself playing with it, like a worry stone, enjoying it's weight and intricate designs. I planned on sliding the pendant onto a collar necklace, but I really like the popcorn texture and appearance of the chain. It was given to me as a gift, and matches the equally beautiful matching earrings (also a gift) which - while substantial, they aren't overly large or heavy. Fantastic jewelry for sea turtle lovers.

My mother loves it but can't put it on by herself. The opening to put it on is very narrow & small. It needs a lobster clasp.

BAD CHAINS
I have bought four of these because the quality was good for the first two. However, when I bought the last two, the chain quality was horrible----- it did not match the silver and was thin and cheap looking. I did not want to have to buy a new chain so I have asked that I should be able to return these. I am still wondering if I can fix the problem on my own with a chain that I have already, so I have not sent them back yet. I use them as gifts and for myself. The turtle part is consistently good.

Wonderful depiction of a turtle. Thick silver, so it's durable, but not too heavy around your neck. Love this pendant.
BALE IS TOO THIN, SHOULD BE THICKER...
I actually ordered this as a favor for a friend (he paid for it himself) as he did not have online access nor a credit card. The turtle IS beautiful and he really liked it! But always buying lots of jewelry for myself, I noticed the bale is very thin and mentioned to him as it will most likely wear down at some point, from the chain rubbing against is during wearing, as he wears it all the time...
Special To Me
This replaces a special turtle pendant that was one of the last gifts from my dad but sadly was stolen. And I love it almost as much. The detail work of the shell is very nice and it's domed shape gives it extra dimension.
