Where's the gold tone?
The Lira earrings are pretty and a nice size. However, I was disappointed in the faintness of the gold tone. Depending on how you hold it in the light, at times the earring looks to be all silver

Truly unique!
The Italian lira never looked so good! The earrings are beautiful and when worn they are a stand out. I was worried that they might be heavy but they are quite comfortable. A little piece of Italian history to have and to wear. I also bought the necklace. It comes with a 3" extender but I added another one because I like my necklaces long enough to pull on over my head without fussing with a clasp. I'll be enjoying this set for a long time.
Earring backs are bendable
