It's very pretty, a few slight flaws
It's pretty, has some sparkle to it. Not all of the links are polished on the sides, there is some dull gold, and many of the links are stuck together, they're not all seperate links. It's probably you get what you pay for, but no one will get that close to your bracelete to notice. It seems sturdy, I haven't taken it off since I got. I'm happy with it I guess despite the slight flaws. It is very pretty.

This is a lovely bracelet in yellow gold. The only problem is that the clasp is difficult to fasten and open.

Loved this bracelet. I read the reviews on the defective clasp and took a chance anyways. It required two people to work the spring claw. I thought it being so awkward to latch, how could it fall off? Lucky for me I was home when it just slid off my wrist as I folded laundry. So disappointed. I'm hoping to exchange...

Beautiful bracelet but non workable clasp.
The lobster clasp on my bracelet was defective, it remained open. I thought I could fix it, instead I created a secondary problem, the clasp no longer opens._x000D_ I should have returned it for an exchange or repair. Otherwise it is a very nice item.

The staff was helpful with a delivery mixup.
Someone transcribing address information allowed the computer to select the wrong city due to the zip code. The item returned and was replaced to the right city when I complained. The clapse on the bracelet does not open fully causing difficulty when taking the bracelet off and on. Appearance is very good.
