Ordered 18 inch, received 16 inch four times
Great necklace perfect for graduation gifts. But is the fourth 18 inch necklace I have purchased that is 16 inches wrong. Something is incorrect in the inventory or coding process. Graduation is tomorrow and the gift is wrong again.
Not what I expected
Product isn't 18" like description. 2 pearls are tied together on left side not spaced out. This was to be a Christmas gift for my wife. I heard a lot of good things about Ross and Simmons but after this purchase I'm not impressed
Beautiful Pearls
I love this pearl and sterling silver necklace! I had been looking for just the right look to match a pair of dangle pearl earrings I own, and that was a little more casual than my string of pearls. This is a perfect blend of casual yet classy. So beautiful!
Happy with the pearl station necklace. Very beautiful.
Well made necklace. Very strong box chain. The only thing I wish was different was the clasp. Very tight to open lobster claw clasp. Also the ring to connect it is so tiny. Overall beautiful necklace.

I love this necklace BUT This is the second one I've purchased The first one broke after the return period I hope this one lasts longer I considered your warranty policy I think a company should stand by there products without charging extra
