The ring had a missing stone.
I was so disappointed when my ring arrived. A stone was missing and it was not the right size. ( I ordered a size 7 and it was a huge). I was very unhappy with my purchase.
Lost a diamond
I bought 2 bands and they each have lost a diamond in the band. I was gentle with them too.

I ordered 2 of these rings; they're absolutely GORGEOUS - exquisite and elegant. I wear them on either side of my diamond solitaire ring which is real, and no one, outside of a real jeweler, would ever know they're CZ's. I'm so glad I found you, Ross-Simons! Excellent quality and beautifully boxed. Also, fast service. You won't be disappointed.

Great Addition to my Wedding Set
I'll be the first to admit it... I really like change, and I also like sparkle, so these fabulous sterling and cz rings give me the sparkle I love at a price anyone can afford. When I change my mind and want something different to pair with my already pretty wedding ring set, I'll absolutely go back to Ross Simons. Really great quality and sparkle! No reason to go anywhere else!
