Bracelet
This was a replacement for my favorite bracelet which I lost. It is the exact same bracelet and I am thrilled I could find another! THANK YOU RS!

CLASP IS TOO DIFFICULT
The problem is the clasp. It does not open or close easily, especially by one person. I had to wear it in the shower. I finally got a jeweler to get it off. Then again in a few days different jeweler. Your customer service could not explain and did not have a video - just one for a simple class. Your head of service gave me a discount of $50. It was not worth it. My mistake.
Valentine's Day Gift
My wife was thrilled to receive her bracelet on Valentine's Day. It was replacing the one lost while in Europe. As a travel agency (Global Adventures in Travel) we freuqently find ourselves in a foreign country, at an event where is is appropiate to wear good jewelery but not extremely expensive jewelery, and Ross & Simons fills this need. Both she and I are vary particular, when it comes to quality, and jewelrey that is rather unique.
Made an excellent birthday gift.
This was a gift for my wife's birthday. She loves it is a rarity for her to remove it. It is solid, but not too heavy. Also she loves the gold bands on the bracelet, and she like the fact that it starts with a single band and increases to three and then decreases. It is well made, but at first the clasp was non-intuitive as you have to open a part that looks like it does not open, that is a testament to how well it is made as I've seen poorly made bracelets with a large gap around the clasp. As an aside, my wife said I did well for her birthday.

Classic Bracelet
Love this bracelet. Plan to get one for my daughter for her birthday. Very comfortable to wear: clasp is easy once you know how to use it. Has NEVER come apart as some of the reviews have said.

Not as well made
I loved my first one but lost it. So happy to see it on line again. Unfortunately, the clasp keep coming undone and bracelet keeps dropping to the floor._x000D_ I wore my other one everyday, but am afraid this one. Very sad because I love the bracelet.
