Very small.
Like many people, I have trouble picturing sizes in mm. The 4mm were very small, too small for my 7 yo granddaughter. I returned them and went up to a 6mm. Hopefully they will work.

Perfect Size
I bought these for my daughter to wear in her second piercing in her ear - smaller than those she wears in her original piercing. They are the perfect size and look awesome. They are some of the only earrings that do not irritate her ears.
