Hace poco me llegaron los 3 trajes de baño más hermosos del mundo! "Palermo" está de ensueño Me queda perfecto y no se diga de "Antibes" e "Isla mujer", que nombres tan originales! Están divinos y de excelente calidad! I received wrong item and so far customers representative did not offer me any reasonable resolution. Shipping took forever, returns are impossible. I will never use it again. Be aware that seller is in China and it is no phone number to call.
Purchased 3 swimsuits for my wife and was charged a Foreign Transaction Fee? Nothing on the website said anything about FTFs... In-addition, 1 suit received was not what was purchased. The material used in construction of the suits audibly crack and tear when stretched; inferior materials. NEVER, EVER purchasing from you again.
I placed an order for two swimsuits back on August 11th and my shipment still has not been received. Now I made the mistake of typing in the wrong zip code, which I take full responsibility for. However, when I tried contacting Riviera Coco Customer Service, they referred me to contact the USPS. Unfortunately, we were affected by a Hurricane in September (Irma) and I was unable to contact USPS in time before the order was shipped back to sender. I contacted them again September 2nd, and by that time the event I purchased the swimsuit for had already passed. I requested a refund and I'm still waiting. I sent another email on October 8th, 12th, 13th, 17th, and today the 23rd. It's now been almost 3 MONTHS since I placed the order and no refund or package. I am highly dissatisfied with the poor communication and service. I would never order from them again. Hopefully my money is refunded soon!
But... took a long time to get response for exchange for diff size and coupon. And refund requires a restocking fee of 8.50 for each piece.
