I recently broke the identical style of the ones I ordered. This reacher grabber is a well built tool. I just leaned on it to hard. I found this company and the exact style that I had broken. The price is pretty reasonable, so decided to give restock it a try. The order processed quickly and I received the tool within a reasonable time. I liked dealing with restock it so I made another order of this tool to have back ups.

My wife had one she used in the house and it is a wonderful tool. This one will be used outside to pick up items that blow into the yard.

Overall it is well constructed and it works. I found the closing pressure a bit on the high side. Alsp it was 7" shorter then my previous one.
The grossly oversized box it came in (10" x 24" x 24") was an ecological disaster which must have increased the shipping cost.
Fantastic tool!
We had one of these in gold, called "the golden retriever." I don't think they make them anymore, but I bought a three pack of this style and they are absolutely amazing. They were great. They are quite a help picking things up off the ground and are also just a generally well-made reacher tool. I would highly recommend these.

This is the only grabber that I will ever use. Since the other ones are just junk and can only pick up paper, some pickup coins. What a joke.
