Bought 1 for home, 1 for the office
I bought three of these so I could have 1 at home and 1 at the office rather than lugging the same one with me all day every day. Also got one as a spare. GREAT for helping to keep track how much water I'm drinking and it is SUPER durable. We always got fresh ones every time we went to the hospital for delivery for each of our 8 children, but now that I've found ReStockIt, I can order new ones any time I like! Also, the items were well-packed so our new mug/carafes were not damaged in shipping!
Missing one straw!
Really like the cups but missing one straw, contacted company and still have not received another straw…please just send me missing straw!

Just what I needed and arrived on time
Versatile personal cup
Introduced to me by VA hospital, I took home and because it was ever so useful to use for measuring and dipping with straw I decided to buy for home use!
Liner cracked
I had frozen water in my tumbler, approx 1/2 full and sat it on the counter. As the ice melted, I heard the cup POP. The internal liner cracked from the bottom up. Between the outer shell and internal sleeve is now filling with water.

This helps me hold on to the carafe better with RA hands
Insulated carafe
Better made than my original cup so expect it to last loeger. Like that it is larger so it's easier to get the required amount of liquids daily.

The straws
I love the cups but the straws were damaged they should not bend the straws to fit them in the cups. I had to order some new straws from another company to give them to the people I brought them for as a gift
False advertising
I never received my mug!
