Our experience started out horrible with Miranda Coronado. She would not return our calls or text messages and when she did she was constantly contradicting herself. After 5 weeks we were finally transferred to senior officer Nicholas Sigourney and he is the ONLY reason why I rated 5 stars and didn't take our business elsewhere. From the time Nicholas started working with us we closed in 3 days and the refinance was completed in 6 days (3 of which we were required to wait). We would definitely recommend Nicholas Sigourney to our friends and family and we are certain if we had him from the start we would have had a much better experience with Builder banc. This might just be the best company to work with when it comes to loans. The time frames that they work through are very short when it comes to approving your credit/credit history and also with the actual payout of the loan. The information is clearly laid out and everything is confirmed and sent via email. You can set up auto pay, so you can remain "On Track" or current with your loan payments. One really cool point to note is that, even though they're a California based company, they start their hours at 6 AM PST so it's a typical business hour time when they "open". The support team is extremely helpful and very informative on anything you have questions or concerns about. This is the second debt-reconsolidation loan I am utilizing through Rehab Funding (just paid off the first! Now my monthly payment is over $100 less). I could go on but, seriously, just try it for yourself. It's worth looking into if you are in financial distress!

The loan application process was very easy. I was able to do it all online with no trouble. The turnaround time they quoted was great. They had the money in my account before I knew it. My loan is going to help me reach my financial debt goals of paying off a couple credit cards... (words of advice, pay your credit cards off but, don't close your account) can look bad on your credit.
