I got 2 of my bags authenticated by Real Authentication ( Celine and Fendi) - just to have the extra piece of mind as they are both pre-loved. The website is easy and simple to navigate; the services I picked for both bags was Basic Authentication and 12 hours turnaround as I am the most impatience person on earth lol :). Both times I got an answer around hour number 6th! How good is that - both are AUTHENTIC;)
I also love how they are very responsive to my questions. Doesn't feel like you are dealing with a robot but a friendly person!
I highly recommend Real Authentication and always do your dual diligence when buying preloved luxury goods!
I was able to get a full refund on a fake bag I purchased off ebay. Real authentication has what's called a written statement and PayPal works with them so it all worked out.
I've had an amazing experience with Real Authentication and I can guarantee to work with them again for my authentic needs. They are very professional on Instagram and their website is extremely easy to navigate and work with. I especially love their policy on the 2 person review and they followed up right away to ask for additional photos to support their research.
I love the fact that several companies take there word and descriptions about the handbags they review and authenticate. Their turnaround time was excellent, less then the 24 hour time frame given. I truly recommend their service.
Top class service. Fast and thorough. The report helped me to get a refund from a seller who was insisting a garment was authentic. I knew it was counterfeit but needed the proof and thats where Real Authentication came to my rescue. I cannot recommend this service highly enough.
I have used your service many times and I am always so impressed by your turnaround times and customer service. I would recommend you to everyone I know. You even helped me with a few problems and at no extra cost. Well done in having such high standards I am very impressed. Thank u
I have tried a few well known authentication companies. RealAuthentication came out ahead of the rest. I even sent them a super fake that they caught right away while another well known authentication company thought was real. I trust RealAuthentication.com!
