1. It literally doesn't teach us anything, it is used for children that LITERALLY do not know how to read. 2. It's also really annoying to do because it just piles on top of the homework we get from 4-6 periods every week, if there was one see-reader per week and 5 vocabs I would not care at all but it's like 4 see-readers and 3 vocabs. If you don't know how to read, I'll gladly tell you to do reading plus, but I already know how to read. 3. So what really is the point in reading plus then? It is used to "teach" kids from grades 6-8 about reading and vocabulary, but if I already know my vocabulary and how to read, why would I need it? This is why reading plus should just give up.

It does NOT teach students anything important and also makes them read books that haven't been around since like 20BC its completely trash and is not fair to students with the question on the books either a student asked me why it was asking a question about some ancient Greek thing i don't remember exactly what it was but the book was about how baseball changed the world or something and it brings up Greek questions it was not even related to the subject i hit the reread button to see what it was talking about but their was nothing in the reread that was helpful at all i stopped giving students these assignments - ms. I'm in 8th grade and I have 4 reading and 2 vocabulary assignments and 1 assignments takes me 40 minutes to complete and on top of that I have 1:30 mins of homework a night. The stories are all $#*! and it's making me fail ELA and same with all the 120 other students it's a $#*!ing huge waste of my damn time and should be $#*!ing terminated

Reading plus is the worst thing that has happened to mankind. I wake up, thinking, "today will be a good day!" and then i realise that we have to do reading plus. Basically, if school wasnt enough torture already, reading plus makes it 10x worse.
You can't do anything once you're on hold, but it should see how fast you read multiple times, and not once, so that it doesn't put you "on hold" if you slightly improve. Reading plus needs to go away. FOREVER!

You know it's. Just to much. The ui is so outdated. It's so bad I wish that Google inspect keeps the code forever, it's that. Bad

They make me do 5 a week and 3 vocab all about flys and civil rights and science when I could be reading a real book who ever created this should be in a institution for the insane cuz this is child abuse for real.

Do not use this! This site has very very teidous lessons. Plus, once you start somthing, and if it gets really boring and uninteresting, you cant quit and do a diffrent one! Your stuck on that lesson until you finish it! Don't try logging out either, it will just kick you right back to the boring lesson once your back in. Plus, if your a fast reader, it will say your reading "too fast" and not let you keep going. Your teacher also can not help you, she or he can only see the number of lessons you finished, and the color of the lesson (score). At the end of every lesson, there are 10 questions. If you miss 2, TWO mind you! You fail the entire 16-20 page reading lesson. It's $#*!ed. Your thinking "cmon, 16-20 pages isn't bad" your right, not really. But when your forced to read it at the speed of a SNAIL with their dumb "guided window" it is. Just as a heads up, use achive 3000. Its much much better. With reading plus, you can only go back in the text twice when it comes to the questions. With achive, its unlimited. I hate this platform it makes me get 80% or more saying "Oh NO yoUr A BAd ReaDeR" WELL MAYBE BECAUSE TIHS IS ONLINE, I WANNA GET KILLED WHEN I DO THIS AND ITS LITERALLY WORDS ON A DEVICE SCROLLING BY ID RATHER READ A BOOK OF MY OWN IN REAL LIFE THEN THIS

I have to do this every day and it's very stressful I hate it I mean you have to learn words that everyone knows that's stupid I hate reading plus. This app makes students hate reading and all of the students hate reading plus.

It has been years since I completed a reading plus assignment, but ever since I started using the program (mandatorily in school), looking at words on a page has never been harder. I'm now in college and I am miserable reading my textbooks because I can barely focus on a single sentence I am trying to read without having to underline or highlight as I go through- word by word. I never had this issue before going through reading plus. I shame any school program that forces perfectly good readers to go through this.

This makes me want not want to read. No one likes this platform, including teachers! Many, MANY students get behind on their work for unrelated issues, and the platform makes it that it's impossible to catch up. This is hurting our school systems across the nation and making reading a chore for many students.

There is 2 modes, one of the modes is like a video of words it is really annoying cause you can't read at your reading rate you normally do, the other reading one is also annoying because if I read at my speed it always it is too fast or slow, the story's are boring and take too long to complete, The vocabulary is just terrible. Reading one story (trying to) has made me regret ever going to my school that allows it, a kid even smash his Chromebook cause he did not pass and assessment cause he got 2 questions wrong. DO NOT USE THIS YOU WILL REGRET IT

As a student I try to be as tolerable as possible with sites and platforms that the school makes us use, but this is just awful. It's tedious, the articles aren't interesting, it's hypocritical by telling you to slow down even thought it's literally trying to track your reading rate. When I read, I need to reread things sometimes and the "scan" way of reading it provides is super unhelpful and distracting. It doesn't let you go back while reading either, so if you read without actually thinking, then you can't go back. The "rewards" are stupid too. No one cares about an achievement in a reading program. Unfortunately, you can't use the reward system psychology with this. I absolutely despise the way they teach you to read faster. I can't comprehend things whenever the words are trapped in a tiny box I'm forced to follow.

This section isn't about reading plus, but schools as a whole. Schools don't pay attention to student reviews when it comes to educational sites because they believe that kids just hate school and don't make any valid points. I believe that I've made some valid points and I'd like to be heard on these subjects

It's ok. I like it for its interesting stories but the rest is really useless and a waste of time.

I wish i can give this a half star beacause no wonder i hate reading so much. The way the website will inprove is by adding more fun stories, and atleast geting a 70% to pass a seereader. I literally almost fall asleep in class by doing reading plus. Everyone hates this website. Reading plus makes you spend 1 hour to read boring stories and to answer 10 boring questions when i can do the same thing in reality. You can read fun books in real life and answer 10 fun questions. Reading plus is useless.

It's not a great tool for a school to use it sucks for everything since the UI is not user-friendly for everyone the G-Rate system is not needed, $#*!ty Personalization getting badges and is not rewarding. There is no goal the only goal is getting a grade in this piece of $#*!.
