I HAVE BEEN CHASING MY REFUND FOR NEARLY A MONTH AND THEY WONT EVEN RESPOND TO ME. THEY ARE LYING THEIFS AND DO NOT DESERVE BUSINESS. THE QUIALITY OF MY DRESS WAS DISGUSTINGLY POOR.

The dress came in two weeks after ordering, we order it in mint color, custom sizing, it fit perfectly.The dress is made perfectly just as shown in the picture.The craftmanship is perfection. Love it, can't wait to wear it.

Till now I've ordered dress for more than 8 times. Each one was custom made, and fitted all perfect. This time I've ordered this dress in the colour skyblue. I'm in love with it. Only the left side above my hip isn't how it has to be. Thank you for my beautiful dress.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE! This website is a complete scam. I ordered a prom dress over a month ago and still have received nothing. The amount of my order was $154 but on my credit card they charged me $258. When I first purchased I emailed them regularly but lately they have stopped responding. They will take your money and give you nothing. Do not trust this website.
Got very close to placing an order before being warned off, partly by the large number of dreadfull reviews they have online, partly by the fact that they claim you can use any credit card to pay but it appears that MasterCard and Amex will no longer deal with them, and neither will PayPal which these days is a very bad sign. This makes a mockery of the various "trusted site" claims made on their website. As others have mentioned, they blithely email you straight back, say yes to any question and offer the world to gain your order. We are staying away and recommend others do the same.
I was so disappointed with the dresses i ordered. They were poor quality, very badly made. You could tell they were 'home made'. The stiches on the sleeves had became undone, even before i put it to try it. The laces on the dresses were badly cut and looked awful and ugly. I don't believe the measurments were correct as the fit was so poor. One of the dresses looked like it has been altered to fit another person who would have a bigger size than me, and the stiches were still visible to see! I wanted to return them so I tried to contact them by email to get the return lable. All of my many emails were not answered. I could not get anyone to reply, even though we did exchanged emails prior to my receiving the dresses. Once the have your money they don't want to know. Please do not trust this site as i think they are just scams from China out to get your money.
I have to give your shop four stars. Everything is perfect. I was very impressed by the quality of fabric and the way to which it is made. Just the waist is a little large but I can fix in the local shop. I cant wait to wear it in my friend's party. Overall I am very happy.
This dress is beautiful! I bought it to wear to a wedding with some silver high-heeled sandals and I can't wait to wear it. The halter neckline fit is very flattering, and it's the perfect length. My only issue with it was that the color was really just like the picture. I like this green mint, its so beautiful.

Though it was a little big in the waist for me, the quality is faultless and the dress was worth every penny. I would recommend the dress, and this site, to anyone.
I want to give this site minus stars but I can't this is the worst firm in existence. We place our order and they took the money off the card and sent an invoice and delivery firm. That was at the end of Feb we have seen no dresses and they have not replied to one of my sixty e mails sent to their supposedly 24 hr help line. I have now gone back to my credit card company to get my money back. Stay away from these the are not worth your time effort or money.
We have ordered a party dress and it arrived in a very poor condition, stained, larger. The email is hot mail and once we wanted to return the dress they closed it down. It is not official email address and not in UK. Do not buy dresses from them.
They are made in China with very poor quality.
I would not touch this site. I ordered a dress, it is a poor fit I would like to return it however, I have emailed them three times and they have not replied. This is not an English site despite it being a. co.uk email address.
I want to give this site a zero... I ordered a dress to my measurements, the dress arrived, clearly too small, with no size label, I contacted them straight away to, arrange a return, because you can only get return details from them! They have to send return label. They refused t send a label for me to return stating they have professionals and measurements are correct, I have taken dress to a dress maker and the dress size is incorrect! Yet they will not admit it or return a label, I need to look into the legalities of this but it does say on their site that if the dress is wrong size than that ordered you can return, yet how can I prove this when they have no label inside!... Stay away they have robbed me of over £100 and are not helpful at all, they are based in China and are not a uk site!
I received my purchase today I am soooo happy with the dress fits like a glove. Thank you very much for the quick make and delivery of my dress etc. I love it so much I will for ever be greatful for making my special day that more special having the perfect dress.
