I think SiteJabber is a wonderful website because it is easy to use and very professional looking although it can use a little work not much needs to be improved to it this is the main reason I gave a 4 star review.
I guided them to every step of my research proposal but still it seemed like they were blank while working on this. It made no sense to me at all. It was not worth submitting either. It would easily get rejected.
