We hired them for our e-commerce blogs, which is basically for the product based and informative blogs. We were dealing directly with the content team and they were very cooperative and supportive. We love the quality of blogs because now we are getting traffic and sales as well. Thanks team.

Working with ProCreative was nothing short of a catastrophe. It started with smiles and hearts and ended in frustration and disappointment.

Had the worst time with their support teams, starting with Scott and Adam. After two weeks into a four week project, they did zero work, then blamed it on me even though I thoroughly onboarded them and they didn't pose any questions.

Because the time had passed and it was a time sensitive project, I requested a refund. ProCreative were the ones who stated a 100% money back guarantee (no restrictions, only if the client is unsatisfied) and then fought me on it. Scott eventually passed me onto Victoria and Michelle ("legal department" and "billing department" or so they said).

Two month fight for a refund later, I finally received it, but only after threatening multiple times to take them to court. And I was ready to.

This has been the biggest mistake I have ever made for my business. Here is the short version (longer version elaborated on below): They did terrible, thoughtless, sloppy work on a simple Wordpress website which it took them SIX MONTHS TO COMPLETE. The social media posts were written in broken English and were obviously written by someone whose first language was not English. And the posts that were in proper English were just copy-pasted from other places on the Internet. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE. It is worse than a waste of money, it is a waste of time AND money.

I hired ProCreative Writers in July because I wanted someone to handle my SEO and my social media marketing. They said they could do it and then told me that I needed to upgrade my wordpress website. I told them that I did not think that I did, and they said they would do it for free and it would be super functional and slick etc. So I said ok.

THREE MONTHS later they still had not even presented me with a finished website. (And my SEO and social media marketing had yet to even start)

Then many weeks later they present me with a website that was very much WORSE than my previous site. After more weeks of teeth pulling I got them to fix some of the glaring mistakes in the site. And then it was time for them to post the website to my server.

I told them that there were several other websites of mine on that server so don't mess with any of them. Cut to: the next week all of my other websites are down. I was furious. Luckily there were back ups and the situation got resolved, but it is typical of the experience with Procreative Writers. Tell them what not to do and they do it. Tell them what to do and they don't.

Then the social media posts start to be presented to me and it is VERY apparent that English is not the first language of the people writing these posts. Sentence fragments and broken English. And I paid them money for this crap!

I ask for a partial refund because I am so tired of the runaround and I do not want to spend any more time getting these HACKS to do quality work. They refused. And so I filed a dispute with my credit card compant which is still pending.

So then many more weeks go by and I am still waiting for them to finish my website. I try to post a blog to my site like I always had and then I find out that I am locked out of my own website. They give me more runaround and ask me to write my blog post to them and they will post it for me, and they will also give me back access to my own website.

A week later they had done neither of those things and so I called the manager of this circus and said they were all fired, and give me access to my site.

The manager apologizes up and down (they are good at apologies. They have lots of practice.) She then swears that she is ON IT and everything will be fixed in a week. Cut to: a week later when things are not completed. STILL. I am writing this while waiting for them to finally complete my website. The website I did not need or ask for.

And I still have not seen any results from their terrible SEO and SMM.

Speaking of the Social media marketing. I was passed on to a new higher-up who also said he was ON IT and there would be no more broken English in my facebook and instagram posts. Well SURPRISE SURPRISE they just presented me with more social media posts with sentence fragments and broken clunky English.

THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT PROCREATIVE WRITERS. They are not Pros, they are not Creative, and they are not Writers. They are hacks and frauds. They will suck your time and money and set you back. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE

There are many more things I could go on about like the poor customer service and utter lack of professionalism. But I have to let this review end, so I can let this waste of 6 months end.

It has been 6 months and I have finally gotten the site they promised me. But I have only had 2 months of the SEO and SMM I paid for 6 months ago. So I fired them and asked for a partial refund of the 4 months of SEO and SMM I refused. They said a partial refund was not possible and offered me 6 more months of services I did not want from them. So I went to my credit card company and disputed the charges. Then they were magically able to give me $500 back BUT they wanted me to cancel the dispute first and then they would give me my $. I said no. I told them that I had no reason to trust them and that they must give me my partial refund and then I would cancel the dispute. I have yet to hear back from them.

Hiring Procreative writers has been 6 months of frustration and disappointment. Save yourself the headaches.

DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE

This company is horrible and gives very substandard products. I asked for an executive level resume and I got three drafts that were all written by three non-English language writers. And, they also fabricated data on the resume just to make it look better. When I complained, they kept saying, "Let us try again," and then did the same thing over and over. They said they would return my money but didn't. Then they called me and asked me to take down my bad review and if I did they would return my money. I said not until they returned my money. That was five days ago and no money. Going to keep posting reviews!

This has likely been the worst consumer experience I have had. The product that was produced was full of spelling and grammatical errors and was essentially a copy and paste of my original resume. They did add a bunch of false numbers, skills and other information making my resume untrue. Also the format was so busy, it was nearly unreadable. Upon requesting a refund based on their 100% satisfaction guarantee (which is not real) they asked and pleaded for another chance. I endured this and then then next version was nearly worse. Asked for a refund again and once again the pitch to save the project was made. I agreed and it was marginally better. However, I had to mark up my entire resume and submit that to their "professional writer". After that I scheduled a session to actually walk the writer through how to write my resume and both appointments were missed and no one notified me prior, so I wasted my time twice. Yes, shame on me. I am currently trying to get my money back but I am not hopeful. I would stay away from this company. I have screen shots of our conversations if anyone needed any proof as to how bad this company is.

I finally made the decision to have someone help me write a very professional resume, cover letter, linkedin profile, etc. Sadly, the choice I made to use Pro Creative Writers was the worst decision I have ever made. I received nothing more than a re-write of my own poorly written resume with a few fancy graphics. And when I decided to complain I was ghosted by the company. It took me 27 days to get a hold of a live person and they simply stated they did the work (shoddy at best) and only refunded a $40 rush fee I had paid - nothing else. Steer clear of this group.

I initially contacted them to inquire about their resume and Linkedin optimization services. I just wanted to make sure that my resume could make it past HR scanning software. I spoke to Tanya that assured me that they were all HR certified, and writers were professional. When I said I'd pass she offered me a large discount and assured me if I did not like the quality of the work I could get a full refund. I accepted, assuming if they are professional there should be no need for the refund. Joseph Brown called and this is when the trouble begins. He says all I will receive is a resume (this is not the package Tanya sold to me) so I immediately ask for a refund. He denies, thankfully I still have my chat open and I read out what Tanya and I agreed to, so he says he will honour it, but I decline saying I really want a refund as I don't have a good feeling about this partnership and I'm not confident in their ability. He then promises me the world that if I don't like it they will refund. I fill out their forms, send in my old resumes, 3 days later I get back a document, that prints 14 pages long, bad formatting, horrible grammar, jobs I haven't even done in cities I haven't even lived in. Nothing is usuable or salvageable. I request an immediate refund, and once again denied Joseph calls me and starts to bully and belittle me, I read him what was sent and he agrees it is horrible and he would be just as mad. But no refund, promises to have a revision in 2 days that will be perfect, what I get back is just slightly better. By this time I have missed application deadlines, they are late, I want my money back but yet they refuse. Ultimately not worth the $150 I was charged. They are rude, the writing is done by someone who struggles writing in English, they do not know the industries they are writing for (but will lie and say that they do) DO NOT GO WITH THEM. They are far better copy writers out there who do a much better job. These are scam artists, don't be fooled by their fancy page. They regularly change their policies to suit their needs.
