PV offers for sale items they do not have in stock. I have had 4 due dates and nothing. Say they can't control their suppliers. I have found they are liars and need to be investigated for criminal advertising practices.
Terrible customer service. Ordered caps with plastisol liner and o received caps with foil liner. They refused to refund my order, charged me a restocking fee when I returned the caps and then gave me a store credit instead of a refund. Tried ordering shrink bands to use up my credit and was again sent the wrong size band. Ordered the size I needed and received a band that was too big. They are now refusing to refund me or even allow me to send these bands back for credit. Terrible experience and would not recommend purchasing anything from this company.
My first order was fine after promises from their saleswoman that the bad reviews I read were really old and no longer relevant. Unfortunately, my second order charged my card but CANCELLED my order without any notice to me whatsoever (yes, they took my money and just didn't send me my product) after I had to tell the saleswoman (same person who promised all was good) to kindly quit interrupting me and let me complete a sentence. Her attitude was horrible and then my order, which I needed desperately at the time I ordered it was cancelled by Premium Vials without notice to me--no phone calls, no email, nothing. I found out weeks later as I was trying to figure out what happened to my shipment.
I don't even believe this is a real company. Be prepared to have your money taken and given products that are broken or faulty, and have the company do nothing at all to make it right. I made a huge mistake ordering from this company. Their spray misters cannot even spray water, and they said I should've tested (water!) before ordering. I'm so curious, what do they believe would work in a spray bottle? Oil? I have to throw my entire order in the trash. Such a wasteful and awful company. Order from anywhere else! I'm getting a refund from my credit card company, thank goodness. I wish I looked at reviews before.
My first point of concern was the lopsided nature of my glass jar bottom. Rep said that the jar is frosted and you can't see that line (such a false claim). I let it go. Then wanted to get 2 clearly defective jars replaced and rep told me that I could get store credit for the 2 jars and would have to buy another 48 pcs to get the 48nthat I need. I need 48 pcs, not 96. He finally agreed to refund me $3 and after I said with shipping, I paid $2+ each...he said that's what you're going to get and hung up on me! That is not the quality of customer service that I am used to. Moreover, I was not rude or had an attitude. I didn't deserve that treatment. 0 stars
Update...I have attached part of the return policy which clearly refutes what the Rep told me (i.e. That they can not send me 2 jars...that I have to buy another case). And it does say that they do not compensate for shipping...okay, I'll let that go. What's most important is having the full 48 jars...all he had to do was abide by their policy and send me the jars...disappointing.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE RIPOFFS! I ordered 300 worth of products. They put the wrong item in on my invoice and said I ordered this product. I own a large candle business and I know EXACTLY what i ordered. I received the items and the spray nozzles were wrong! They were for lotion. I called and they said I ordered perfume bottles with treatment pumps! So I had to reorder different sprayers to fit my perfume bottles and these don't even fit! I am so upset! I got ripped off again. I called and emailed Shafique Ahmed and be reassured me they fit. He is a liar & a thief! I am stuck without my money and my products!
Please help me stop this man from staying in business! I can't even get a refund and I do not trust them. I don't know what to do besides call the BBB.

Listed a pipettor as 1-10mL with bonus 1-10mL pipette tips. What they sent was a 1-10microL pipettor without the tips (not that 10mL tips would have worked well with a 10microL pipettor). They're response was that the pipettor was listed as microL, not mL and I must have been confused. And that since they forgot to include the tips, they're sending me little dinky plastic 10mL pipettes. When I argued that pipettes and pipette tips aren't the same thing and that they sent me the wrong pipettor because 10mL tips wouldn't have worked on the 10microL pipettor they sent me, they ended the chat and refuse to talk to me anymore. I will be filing a report with the BBB but in the meantime, avoid this company at all costs!
I bought 120 treatment pumps in the end of August. I started using them them this month (Oct). The pumps are hard to pump. They feel like they are sticking in some way. When I contacted them they said they have a measley 15 return policy. I will never use them again.

I very rarely give bad reviews even when I receive poor customer service. However, Premium Vials has both unsatisfactory products and customer service. They market themselves as a premium container supplier but my glass vials were not even throughout. The perfume sprayers when pumped delivered far too much perfume. When speaking with customer service about how I could avoid making such a purchase again, she was very rude despite my effort to reorder a fine mist sprayer for my perfume. As both a business owner and customer, I value excellent customer service. Unfortunately, the lady I spoke with today at Premium Vials clearly does not.
Everyone seems to only write reviews with one bad experience. I am here to tell you they are a great company with great prices and great quality products. I have been with them for years and have always been happy. Thanks for keeping my business up and running!
I'd leave a zero if I could. I ordered two sets of spice jars and one box arrived with many jars completely smashed. The box was mangled and the chalk marker and other accessories that were part of it were also broken. And all the lids of any intact jars were scratched and scuffed. It looked like the box was run over honestly. I reached out to customer service for a replacement and they said I had to return the box. I explained that there were shards of glass inside AND stuck into the outside of the box and it was so mangled that it was not shippable or safe to handle for me or anyone else to ship back. I even sent pics of the damage and asked for an exception due to the nature of the damage as I was not about to sort through broken glass and repackage shards of glass to ship back. They refused to replace it unless it was sent back. I don't even think you are allowed to ship broken glass in the mail I'm at a loss for words. I'm a small business owner and will be sure to spread the word about this terrible company.
I love that there are so many choices. My oil collection is gorgeous because of this company. Great customer service too!
We ordered a smaller quantity of these bottles in the past and were very pleased with the product. When we ordered a larger quantity, the majority of the bottles that arrived were contaminated with crusty, crystalline particulate as well as fibers and debris inside the bottles and around the necks. When we reported this to customer service (including photos), they responded that there was no way to tell if they were shipped like that or it was a result of storage and told us to give them a good cleaning. When we asked them to explain how storing the unopened packages would result in contamination, they said that the apparent "dust and hairs" we found upon opening the package were not contaminants and since it was after their 15 day return policy there was nothing they would do. We would not recommend Premium Vials to another manufacturer and we will not order from them again. Extremely disappointing.
Flower essences contain flower infused water and brandy. Every time I have bought and used dropper bottles from Premium Vials - the brandy alcohol evaporates - making the essences unusable after a few months. I've lost customers and money due to this problem. This is the only company that has this problem of faulty rubber stoppers on their bottles. Customer service was no help. It seems from the reviews on this site that many others are also experiencing problems with this company.
I purchased these bottles and tops for the first time and will never again do so. My experience was the tops did not fit properly for these bottles. They fuse to correct the problem. They don't have the correct tops for these bottles. I have decided to report this company to the trades commissioner for further action. They can't just keep doing what they want and make money off of companies with out rectifying the complaints.
They treated me like an idiot. I wanted to order bottles for the second time, and all of a sudden they want to charge $70.00 shipping for a $35.00 order! Telling me that UPS changed pricing. But appears that UPS only raised prices for them?!? Terrible customer service. Never will order here again. As someone said before here they are shameful opportunistic price gougers! I would rather give zero stars!
This company is by far the worst at handling customers. I ordered three cases of wine bottles, 1 was delivered and 2 were damaged during shipping. When I called to ask for new cases to be shipped, my integrity was questioned by them stating that I was delivered 2 cases. I corrected them and they saw I was right and told me they would ship two new cases. A week later no shipment so I called back and now they are out of stock and I wasn't notified. They had no sympathy and told me I would get a refund which a week later and no refund. DO NOT Waste your time and money on this unprofessional careless company
They make you pay a premium for samples. Fine. I bought samples of a bottle and dropper. I only received the bottle and no dropper. I still decide to order 600+ bottles with shrink wrap. I only received the shrink wrap with no email that the bottles were out of stock. My production team can't wait any longer, after 3 weeks I call to ask for a refund. They said that it's been after 15 days and they denied me a full refund. Then Shariek, the rep, hung up on me... terrible people and unreliable supplier.
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Ordered 7 samples and they were all incorrect. I sent picture evidence and the site is still claiming they shipped correctly when it was clearly wrong. I understand mistakes happen but they took no accountability and did nothing to resolve the order. The person I was in contact with had such a rude attitude. One of the most horrible encounters I have had with a customer service representative. Wish I had read these reviews before placing an order. Take your business elsewhere! I will be filing a chargeback with my credit card company.
This company treats small businesses absolutely disgracefully. I wish I had read the hundreds of terrible reviews that were already posted online before purchasing with them. I bought from premium vials in bulk multiple times and there was always something wrong with my order. Sometimes the closures leak and the bottles are unusable, other times they have sent me the wrong quantity of closures so that I end up with dozens of bottles that cannot be used as they don't have any top. If you ever dare to purchase from them, make sure you count every tiny item immediately upon arrival because they will not fix your order after 7 days. The customer service representatives were rude and unhelpful as well. I would give them zero stars if I could.
