Order the 3 piece swimsuit and it was so bright and colorful. I loved it! The bottoms were too big. I ordered medium, worried the top would fit me better. I am 110 lbs 5' and needed the small. Emailed customer support and they sent me the small. It arrived within 2 weeks and it fit just fine. I cannot wait to wear it at the beach or pool this year!

I had a rare issue with one of my swimsuits. Customer service was great and handled the issue quickly. I am very pleased. I will definitely be buying more swimsuits.

The bathing suit was good quality. Good price. Arrived timely manner. I didn't like the fit of the suit on me and requested a return. They offered a solution that satisfied me. All was resolved quickly.

Received several things that were damaged on my last order or the color on the top and bottom of the set didn't match. I sent a picture to their customer service about the color not matching and here was the response " We've reviewed the issue with the clothing item you mentioned, and we're pleased to confirm that the problem is not significant and does not affect its wearability." Yeah I can wear the suit it just doesn't look good. They did offer a $6 refund or for me to pay to ship it back to China which would likely cost much more than the suit cost. I'll take my losses and order somewhere else in the future. Don't recommend this company. Cute suits on the models but why risk bad quality and being stuck with it.

I love my product. It looks and fits as described on website. The color and fabric are what I imagined. The shopping experience was very smooth. I highly recommend Popvil to everyone.

I enjoy their swimsuits, they have kind customer service but I always have to contact them about my order. Shipment take 3 -6 weeks and sometimes I've had to cancel and request a refund.

One dress I bought did not fit well, i contacted customer service about exchanging it and i never heard back.

Love all of the bathing suits I chose! They fit to size, are not outrageously priced & are gorgeous. Definitely recommend!

The return process wasn't easy. I wanted a refund, but I kept getting offered money to keep part of the products. I thought it was weird.

Surprised by the quality, it does looks cute and I got compliments on it, they say to size up but honestly I think the regular size would be okay for me, its a tiny bit too large now, but still cute. Took a while to arrive though...

Never know when you make an Internet purchase, what the product will looks like especially at the low price point, however, the bathing suits I purchased from Popvil look just like they did in the advertisement. They are of good quality and I really like the design. I would absolutely purchase more products from Popvil.

I ordered several swimsuits after reading that returns were free on the website and figured that I could return anything that didn't fit. Well... 1. The bathing suits took weeks to arrive, and despite me ordering them almost three weeks before my beach trip, they did not arrive in time. (They shipped from mainland China. There was no mention of this on the website.)
2. Only one of them fit.
3. The customer service representatives were responsive when I emailed about returning the three suits that didn't fit, but I was eventually told that I could not return what I ordered and would only be offered a partial return. I asked why and was told that I had too many items to return. (The suits I ordered were mixed sizes and were listed as 1 item on my sales receipt, but the rep told me that each top and bottom counted as 1 and that the return could not happen because of this.) I shared a screenshot of my sales receipt, and I was refunded the full amount... and was told a shipping company would reach out to be about the return.
4. The shipping company never reached out to me, so I have 3 bikini sets that don't fit me hanging out in my closet. Knowing what I know now, I would not order from this company despite the suits being super cute online.

Because I live in Canada, returning items can be expensive. Popvil and I settled on a refund that worked for both of us and I kept the suits that didn't fit. It worked out for all involved. Thank you.

My bathing suit top had some discoloration and they were on top of it. Sent me a new one right away!

I had a great buying experience with Popvil. It was made even better when I needed a difference size. They were great at communicating and solved my problem quickly.

I ordered 3 swimsuits for an upcoming vacation. All 3 were of great quality. Two fit and one was a bit snug. Customer service was very helpful in satisfying my needs and request.
