I am writing this to warn other traders about the discriminatory refund policies of Pocket Option. I suffered a massive loss of $4,001 due to their OTC (Over-The-Counter) trading inconsistencies. When I requested a refund of my principal, they flatly refused, claiming it's against their policy.

However, I have concrete evidence that they have issued refunds to other users (specifically a user named Shivam) for the exact same OTC loss scenario. When confronted with this proof of 'Selective Refunds' and discrimination, their support team went silent.
Even on public forums, they hide behind 'Data Protection' and 'Internal Procedures' instead of explaining why one user gets a refund and another is denied. I have already escalated this matter to the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) and the Attorney General's Chambers in Saint Lucia.

Do not trust a broker that treats its customers differently and refuses to return principal amounts even when their own selective refund history is exposed.

I've had the misfortune of dealing with PO Trade, and I strongly advise others to exercise extreme caution. My personal experience was nothing short of disastrous. After working diligently to generate a substantial profit of approximately $35,000, I was abruptly locked out of my account. The reason cited was a purported breach of their Public Offer Agreement – a conveniently vague excuse. When I attempted to seek clarification on the specific terms I allegedly violated, I was met with complete radio silence. PO Trade is a total SCAM...

Fortunately, I recently managed to get my money back from them with the help of a professional recovery agency that specializes in helping victims get their money back from fraudulent companies. I'm relieved to have finally broken free from this nightmare.
